Rock & Redgum

We hand picked 2 large truck loads of landscaping rocks for our retaining wall project. We were very happy with all the staff at R&R, the guys in the yard, the ladies in the office (particularly Tracey who went the extra mile to help us out) and the delivery guy. We couldn’t tell who owned the place, all the employees worked as if it was their business. Thanks heaps, we can’t wait to finish off the backyard.

Really disappointing experience unfortunately. We over ordered what we needed and still came up significantly short. We sent through measurements showing that they didn't give us the correct amount they were still of no assistance to fix this matter.

From the girls in the office and the guys in the yard to the delivery drivers, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a really nice experience dealing with this company.

Very happy with a service and helpful staff

I couldn’t be happier with the service from the team at Rock and Redgum. We’re based on Phillip Island and needed a fair bit of rock for gabion walls and some other items. Tracey was super patient and answered all our questions and arranged everything we needed. Luke also took time to explain quantity needed and the drivers that delivered everything were professional and prompt. Highly recommend.

Good prices and service. I purchased a fair amount of crushed rock and gravel. All arrived on time. The compactor they supplied was great. New driveway in a day! Top local business. Thanks.

Bought 2 lots of walling stone rock from them for a retaining wall back in jan2021. 4 meter load and a 2 meter Everything was good had left overs and a lot of rock! Measured up another wall i am currently doing Bought another load 5 meters should be plenty.. allowed myself a extra meter for spare rock.. payed top dollar.. with a delivery of 180 instead of 80 in (cranbourne) wasn't near 5 meters at all…have half a wall done with no rock left.. and i got scraps! junk rock left overs. With boulders i cant even move from The front to inside my house (Not walling stone) got told will be fixed up with some rock, waiting 1mnth + had to keep calling to chase up and now all of a sudden not supplying rock….. disappointed and wont be going through them again. For upcoming jobs and other people that i mention to.

Rock and Redgum has provided my rocks, stones, pebbles, toppings and mulch for my garden projects of a dry rock river and most recently waterfall feature. Everyone that was involved have been great at guiding me from initial questions, to selections and delivery. Extra star on this review for the excellent and helpful office staff and their kindness in helping me out with a bird bath rock. Thanks everyone.

I need 3 big rocks, was tould tack your time in picking them. The man in the rock yeard help me and explain each rock.The driver placed them right where I need them and gave cear when Unloading them.All the staff I came In contact with where happy and nothing was a trouble.Its what you need when you are doing something out of your Field as I'm no Landscape gardener.Thank you

My husband and I recently bought from rock and red gum, we were a bit unsure on what to go with, as we have just recently began the journey of doing up our yard, Jenny the receptionist, was so lovely and reassuring, you could tell just how genuine she was. The product is also so amazing, we bought stone and mulch, and it looks amazing!!! Thankyou rock and red gum and especially Jenny!!!!!!
