Dave always answers my calls for help promptly and with professionalism. His knowledge of computers and their difficulties is amazing and I have always been very happy with his help. I have used Dave a couple of times with computer issues. I have found he offers fast service and well priced repairs. This time my monitor/video had an issue and it needed an update to Windows 10. Dave was able to get an older computer that I had up and running so I was able to still work while my main tower was away. Turn around for the repair was quicker than I expected. Very pleasant to deal with and he keeps you well informed along the way. I would recommend Dave very highly.

I had a primary disk failure on my home NAS and Dave was able to expertly help recover the data on the failed disk. Given the size of the disk (6TB), it was a lengthy process, but Dave kept me updated through out the process. At the end of the day my data was recovered, and my NAS is up and running again. I found Dave to be very knowledgeable and was very professional in all his dealings with me.
