Raewyn James was rude, half an hour late to her first appointment of the day, refused to see me as I was not wearing a mask, even with a valid medical reason and exemption. Non inclusive, arrogant, medically discriminative.

Basic courtesy warmth and compassion was completely lacking, the doctor didn't even bother to introduce herself. I was wearing a mask because hubby had tested positive for Covid and I was unwell too. The doctor said I didn't need to wear it, that it didn't bother her ! Wow I thought we were all supposed to be responsible and not spread our germs. Seldom have I seen a doctor with so little interest or ability to communicate other than answer the questions I asked. I definitely won't be going back.

DR. RAEWYN JAMES is an amazing Doctor and she has been competent, professional, and has looked after my needs and health throughout Cancer and beyond.I have moved 300 kilometres from the Surgery but still utilise her services as she is always smack bang on the case whether by phone or in person. I trust her implicitly.

Very unprofessional environment.Was asked some rather personal questions about my job by the doctor. Not too sure if there was some discrimination involved but i was treated very poorly compared to my partner and im not sure why.I am currently working as a professional dog trainer, train Muay Thai and Brazilian jiu jitsu and am working towards a job in the police department. I occasionally wear sporting clothes as they are comfortable for a-lot of the exercises and activities i attend.

I found all aspects of the Medical centre,A1.The friendly staff at the front were welcoming and polite.The Dr who treated me was kind and reassuring and explained everything very clearly.Would highly recommend this Medical Centre.

Can usually get same day or next day appointments. But the trade off is waiting 45min to an hour to be seen. Takes up so much of my day every time I have to go to the doctors.

Mapleton Medical Center has an extremely lovely and caring medical team. Great experience with child immunisation as well as Doctor being very thorough and not rushing you out the door, highly recommend Mapleton Medical Center

Dr Sophia Ahmed is outstanding in her thorough, intelligent, perceptive and authentically caring professionalism/ With every patient Dr Sophia gives her all and takes time to really know and understand each patient, his or her needs and best ways forward to meet them.Dr Ian Matthews and Dr Danny Cox built Mapleton Medical Centre up through a similar ethos of fine professionalism over decades. Dr Sophia, the other doctors, manager Omar and the warm, capable team of administrative staff continue in an exemplary manner .
