Parramatta BMW Service Centre

Got my car serviced here for the first time. Service is great. But I feel like they included a couple of jobs that were not required just to jack up the service cost. My car is pretty new inside and out but they included $160 worth of odour treatment! Not even sure what they did or they do it for every car? Make sure what you are paying for and get a clear quote before getting the service done.

I recently had my BMW serviced and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The team at the dealership was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. In particular, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Davinia. She was wonderful in every aspect - from the warm welcome, to the thorough explanation of the services performed on my car, to the timely completion of the work. I felt in good hands with Davinia and she truly went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The quality of the service was outstanding and my BMW runs like a dream. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Davinia, for anyone in need of exceptional automotive service.

Easy to make a booking and organise a quick service

We came in to get the tailgate of our car fixed, it's wasn't opening.We were told they need to charge $275 just to have a look at the problem and the cost of fixing the tailgate would be extra.So we went ahead and had them fix it. When we came back, the boot wasnt opening properly. It is not automatically going up as it should and we were told they needed to charge another $275 to find out what is causing this problem. We found it outrageous and decided not to go with this service centre anymore!I think it's just wrong to charge people for every thing they needed to check about a certain problem. It's like coming in to get treated for a sickness and they charge you for every symptom they see.Our tailgate was the problem! They didn't fix this completely and found it was necessary to keep charging us to get this whole issue resolved.This was probably the worst experience I've had with a service centre - I'm never coming back. I probably will just go to another BMW Service Centre or a local mechanic instead. Just sharing my experience here.

Always a pleasure going to Parramatta BMW even if it's just for service. The service people are a pleasure to deal with. This time around to top up the lounge experience while waiting, I got talking to a gentleman called Lionel from dealership, who was exceptional. He showed me the new iX3 and explained all the features patiently. Lionel then took me for a test drive which was very nice of him.Thank you Paramatta BMW!

I honestly do not like writing negative reviews as I also run a business but in this case it must be done.Recently serviced my BMW m5 competition here . This car costs in excess of 200k . The way this car was treated was beyond shocking.First we had an agreement with my service advisor that no apprentice will work on my car and only an experienced mechanic will due to the car being one of bmw’s most expensive carsAfter day 1 I was advised there was not ‘enough oil’ in the workshop so they had to keep it for another day. Which workshop runs out of oil ? I had booked my car a month in advance and you couldn’t not prepare enough oil .Upon picking up the car I was advised the so called 'master mechanic’ inserted the incorrect spark plugs which caused an engine misfire . I mean how does a dealership get this so wrong . You just need to enter the vin and you find the correct part .There was also a complaint I made against the brakes in the bmw m5 . These brakes have the loudest truck like squeal on them and just does not feel correct spending so much on a car and the brakes do this.BMW service centre reply is : brakes are fine with plenty of life left on them. We can only note these as defective brakes if I am in a building and I can hear the noise from a different building. They have to be ‘ ear screeching’ and this is normal for ‘performance brakes’. So basically I have to go deaf before they replace the brakes .In other words they implied We can not do anything and they brush it off.I have owned plenty of performance cars in the past and this is not normalIn addition to this upon opening the engine bay the rubber seals were a mess and not joined properly back together . This just shows a complete lack of professionalism and care in their work.Summary : this workshop is incompetent . If they treated a car like mine in this way then I am worried how they would treat other customers cars.When dropping off the car all I saw were young apprentices. Guys save your money and go elsewhere with proper experienced mechanics.

Very bad attitude in handling client from Service team advisors. Will treat you without any curtsey and without listening what you want. Servicing wasn't done properly and left the car same as drop off without cleaning it.

BMW is the perfect and beautiful place we have good service and new cars

Always have a good experience here. The staff are very attentive and efficient. If anyone needs their pride and joy serviced at Parramatta BMW then I highly recommend them. Please the complimentary coffee is great to.

Professional customer service to a high standard very welcoming and easy to work with i would definitely recommend everyone to try and have such a good experience at this company.
