This place is so good!! they have fixed every possible thing I've done to my phone and I broken my phone ALOT. Repairs a quick with no hassle. They are soo nice and do a great job!! WOULD RECOMMEND!

Absolutely fantastic service by the ladies at Haiou. They had quoted the best price around, were honest, provided a quick service and were reliable. They had inspected my phone for a charging port repair, however advised me of the best and most affordable option based on other repairs the phone had needed (of which I already knew). A very positive customer experience and I would not hesitate to visit again. Cannot recommend enough.

Took my grand daughter's old mobile phone to get unlocked as she couldn't remember the passcode as it was a old phone, and I wanted to take on holidays with me to put a local sim in it. After paying $20 for a sim holder and $60 to get the phone unlocked, the phone is still not useable. They asked if I knew my appleID which I said I did, he said you have to put that in the phone once it is wiped clean. What they didn't say was that it was the original appleID that my grand daughter put in the phone some years ago that I would need to remember. If I had remembered it I wouldn't of need to get the phone unlocked. I called them to explain what had happed after I left but he said that he cannot help me if it is the appleID. Just wasted $80 :( :( :( Learnt my lesson.

I took my android in to fix a cracked screen, and the lady there tried charging me more than what i paid for the phone RRP.

I took my iPhone X to repair the LCD screens last December 2020. It works well but they didn’t give me any receipt or paper works that it has 12 months warranty. Apparently, they have sold the business to the current owner. I took my phone there again and try to get them repair or replace the LCD screen. They told me that’s the previous owners issue, if I want to fix it they need to charge me again even I have bank statements to prove that I have repair my phone in their store. How the hell I know if you change the business, you won’t have any after care.
