A really nice place. The windows and doors seal out the cold beautifully. Only one afternoon of bad weather but it's fabulous viewing as it builds up then disappears. If you're writing a novel or reading one, have no interest in television, but like having a champagne and snacks on the deck admiring the view...the local pub has great meals.

I could not have loved my recent stay at Bruny Boathouse more! Stunning views, beautifully styled, comfy beds (and beautiful linen bedding!) with plenty of amenities in-house! Sophie has gone above and beyond to make the Boathouse a home away from home. Highly recommend adding this air bnb to your itinerary while on Bruny Island!
