Went in to grab some spare parts, none of what I needed was in stock... But somehow, through some magic and kindness, what I needed was able to be sourced... Therefore I was able to take home the missing pieces I needed..This will make my 6 year old, really, really happy!Thank you!

Condescending rude customer service. I don’t even mind the overpriced prices because I like supporting small business but they are shooting themselves in the foot with staff (or is it the owner) who are super rude and obnoxious when asking perfectly reasonable questions (ie ‘do you guys stock Warhammer?’). I think I’ll stick with online shopping now

Great range of products however the service is rather poor. When asked to price match a product from another store I was told that there is no price matching period. The sales rep went on to explain that they don't do sales or senior discounts, in a patronising manner. I didn't even ask for the aforementioned.When asked about their stance in regards to price matching, the sales rep declined to explain and just stated that prices are final and that if I want the product cheaper I should go and shop at the other store.All of this from just asking if they price match. I have decided to the product elsewhere as this kind of service doesn't inspire confidence.

Great range of products, friendly and helpful staff. Great service in person and after sales support online.I selected the wrong paint when ordering online and received a phone call to clarify my order was correct. Many companies would have simply sent it without checking.Highly recommended.

Amazing service - wise, kind. Inexpensive, yet quality. Very, very helpful. I ordered online; there was a slight hiccup with the delivery - not their fault; they bent-over backwards to rectify. Champion crew. Thorough quality, products and people.
