I had someone hit my BMW and did not leave a note. Casanova helped with a realistic estimate and clear explination of the work needed, and then were kind enough to provide an alternative to just touch up and polish the scrape. They even gave me a small bottle of matching paint for free. High recommend and will be back if I need to use them.

I brought my 335i convertible in on short notice and received nothing but the best service. My car was even detailed better than I could ever hope to achieve. You really get what you for and these guys don’t mess around. Worth every single cent and I recommend without hesitation if you value your automobile, time, and money. They are one of the few authorized BMW body shops in Adelaide. I had an accident and called them and they not only were happy to fix the car but they also helped me in how to deal with everything in the moment of the accident. The ladies are fantastic and very friendly. My car took 2 months to fix, but it looks brand new, so it's worth every hassle.They also offered me a loan car for 600 dollars during this period, so I was happy with that.
