Camilo is super nice. I took our carpark FOB to him to change the batteries as the left button didn’t light up. He was so honest & tested the battery & told me it was full so instead of charging me $22 for a new lithium battery, he just cleaned it for free!!!It works perfectly now.

I recently visited Mister Minit Queen Victoria to get my shoes repaired and I had the pleasure of being helped by Diego. I have to say, the service I received was absolutely top-notch. Diego was extremely knowledgeable about shoes and provided helpful recommendations to ensure my shoes would last longer. I had to replace the battery in my watch, at least that’s what I thought…..V honest and customer orientedExplained to me wasn’t the battery had taken the time to test it etcThen did not charge me!!!Old fashioned service

Dishonest owner and staff. My mum had battery replaced for one of her watches today at this shop. Mum was told to collect watch within half an hour, so she left the shop and went back to collect her watch in its original plastic sleeve just like when it was handed to the shop. However after she took watch out of the sleeve to put on again she found the bracelet was broken. I was at a gym when this all happened. When mum told me everything we decided to return to the shop for explanation. When the owner and the staff saw us showed up again they already looked guilty. Staff insisted that watch was in one piece when mum collected ( there’s no prove , the watch was not taken out of its sleeve to be shown at the collection point). The staff chose to lie and said the watch was taken out when mum collected it, and the watch was in one piece. He also said that the bracelet has been grinded by someone and that’s why it’s broken. As if mum would take watch elsewhere to have it grinded after battery replacement. It doesn’t even make sense. I told the owner that I was going to leave a Google review. Obviously he doesn’t care, he said something like do anything you want. Disgusting service that deserves no business. Good luck to you two that worked there today.

Mister Minit QVB were very friendly and straight to the point with on time results. They changed the batteries of my key car alarm at a cheap rate while other cometitors in my area were charging me 3 to 4 times the amount. Highly recommend.
