Jordan and the installation team were amazing! The customer service was exceptional. The installation team made the job seamless, they cleaned as they went and helped put everything back together.I highly recommend Carpet Right if you are thinking of improving your home or office.

Tim did an amazing job and a fantastic price replacing all the carpet in our city office. It was quick, clean, friendly and caused no business interruptions. Very happy to recommend.

Very poor communication and customer service.

Carpet right proved to be unreliable, not turning up when stated even after specific phone confirmation, and then when they did turn up much later in the day the workers refused to lay the carpet. After talking to management, who said they had no idea why the workers had not done the job, it was rescheduled for the next day early in the morning and was finally completed then. This cost us a day of work, inconvenience, parking costs and forced me to stay in the city overnight. I was hoping the business would see fit to recognise the stress caused in some way, but that did not occur. So, proceed with caution!

John is the best he worked with me over and above any tradesman I have ever had.I am in Cairns and renovating in Sydney however John made it very easy.I recommend John he is helpful and honest very easy to deal with.Thank you again JohnMs Kimesia Abberton
