Absolutely rude receptionist lady. Not just to me but even to an officer who came with papers..been there 2 times..first time I thought she was having a bad day but nope..thats her attitude! Maybe because she thinks she's sitting in a police station she thinks she's tough?? She says with my case we have 200 cases a day" so how is that my problem..she rolls her eyes and she lied about not having my evidence accessible at the station. We are there to seek help not to come in and get a person with a no care don't want to know attitude. If you don't like your job lady

Went in looking to have two Statutory Declarations Signed, was told I’d have to come back when the JP was in or drive to Helevensvale to find one. Maybe they should read up on the Staturory Declarations Act 1959, which states ‘A Police Officer’ is an authorized witness. Zero interest in assisting members of the public. Great attitude and approach (#sarcasm).

Good team of experts. My step daughter was contantly taken to police station by the father making false accusations toward myself and the mother. Luckily they could see past the non sense and tell when a child is coerced into saying things. Friendly staff and go above and beyond to help.

Beyond rude phone staff refusing to give time of an alleged offence so I can prove my innocence immediately (I’m covered by third party cctv entirely regardless of time) hung up on after I kept asking questions and eventually she had to tell me that if I turn up in person they’d have to give me a time of alleged offence. I said that’s all I need then she hung up.

The control of crowds is less than ideal in there. Often police are not attending and the phone I had to use tip contact them was exceptionally dirty. Less than ideal.

Female officer who answers the front desk phone is unbelievable dismissive and rude. You’re in the wrong career mate! - the last thing you need when you’re in a vulnerable position.It’s funny how this station won’t help you until it’s too late, if it was their family member or friend in a position similar you’d bet your bottom dollar they’d take action.I’ve never had bad thoughts about police like many people do but these guys have unfortunately opened my eyes to what people say.Chat to ya when it’s too late I guess.

I found most of the officers that work here to be very kind and understanding.Whether you are on the good side or the bad side of the law they treat you with respect as they expect you to treat them.And I know if I ever need them they will always be there.And who doesn't love a man in uniform lol.
