I wanted to say how impressed I was with the patience shown by a couple of staff members this morning (about 11am) when a difficult customer was whinging about a discrepancy in price (she was in the wrong btw) . Both the girls were so polite, sorry I didn't get their names, when the lady was being quite rude. I just wanted to acknowledge that retail staff have a really difficult job. Thats all :)

I was so excited to have Zara here in Newcastle, but I'm disappointed. It doesn't look like Zara. It's just another store. I don't know who decided to make the theme white. Stupid decision. Whatever Zara store I have been to so far in different countries all had the black theme. Also, I didn't see the same variety and quality of other stores here. Most of the clothes were cheap Chinese made. Really disappointing.

Zara got the newest trends from Europe that's but only one reason I like to come here. Another reason is the friendly staff that helps out where they can which makes your shopping experience absolutely fantastic.

Been here multiple times to peruse the odd clothing styles. Service is non existent. Staff don't acknowledge you. I did manage to buy some kids clothes but the whole transaction there was not one word spoken by the young male attendant. Didn't even tell me how much to pay. He must have been mute?

Just went into have a look at the Kotara store, not a single staff member on the men’s side, between roughly 1:50-2:05. I tried on some items and helped myself as no one was there at all. On my way out there was 2 girls out the front talking and one cleaning a window. I told them I left an item on the counter because there was no staff in there and they just laughed at me. Quite a poor experience considering Zara is a world known brand and overseas you’d never get service like this.

I went there today at 07:15 pm but the store was closed and the lady there said we closed at 06:00pm. Very disappointed as it shows closing time 08:00 pm and hours are updated a week ago. Drove 40 minutes to shop there. Will never come back

I love Zara but not Newcastle one very bad services the managers really are not helpful and unaware of their own rules many thanks for online customer services as they always correct Newcastle zara managers mistakes. I used to shop from Sydney and Canberra and they were really amazing.No more shopping from Zara Newcastle
