Very nice helpful customer service, went to look everywhere for the last ebook reader they had in store on a public holiday. Found it for me and discounted it bevause of the open box. Really apprec the effort. Thank you

Went in to purchase two watches and headphones. While asking about headphones another team member approached my team member. They discussed break times etc leaving me standing there. I walked out.

We recently visited this store and the staff were amazing. Trevor and Jade were fabulous. They were patient with us, didn’t pressure us and helped us get a great deal on TV and headphones. Highly recommend this store and if you want a great deal and good service go see Trevor.

Just went in as I wished to purchase a DJI mini Drone. Waited 10 - 15 minutes for even an acknowledgement... Left and even came back to give the staff another shot. I understand staff can be busy but an acknowledgement would have been appreciated and may have kept a customer..

Great store with most staff being friendly and very knowledgeable store is kept clean with a massive range just very crowded, good luck if you have a trolley or pram !

Suggestive selling. I ended up with a watch band that wasn't required as the watch already had one. Prices on products were wrong. Previously, the service hasn't been great either.
