Was looking around for a honest and reliable mechanic and came across Con who fixed our truck and pointed out issues that were missed in the previous service by past mechanic great job highly recommend him and the boys.

We were told all is fixed but it wasn’t, than we were told that it will get better / smoother with time. Had to go back after 1 week and pay extra $1000 to finish the job. In the past we were using CMS quite frequently to service our truck but after this experience we had to find other place.

CMS, (Con and the boys) are just lovely. Always explain everything in detail so I can understand. Treat me like I'm family. The only place to go for all your mechanical needs

My engine was struggling recently while parked across the road from CMS Auto, so I called up to see if I could quickly drive over to get it checked, worried that my car wouldn’t make it back to work. They said I could bring it over so they could take a look. The staff member I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and topped up the oil free of charge. It meant I got my car back to work and home without any further issues. I only wish I lived closer because I’d happily use them as my regular mechanic! Thank you for the help!

Couldn't Get the job done....Vehicle was sitting there for almost 6 hours before anyone had a look at it...Why waste my time? Con. Called to see the ongoing process at 3 pm...Staff member informed me that the mechanic i was after was out and on another job. My vehicle was booked in for a particular day and at 5pm they told me they needed it there for another day. Rubbishy Ridiculous. Excuses and excuses when i had enough and told them i would be there in 10 to pick it up. ...few lies regarding the process as i had been through this process before...vehicle is only 6 years old. This mechanic was recommended and was a waste of my time. I run a business and cannot afford to leave my vehicles sitting around day after day when it suits the mechanics schedule, got the job done with no fuss somewhere else....Wont be going back and i do not recommend. Even though the mechanic seemed genuine he was completely lying when he told me a blue slip can take 2-3 days...For this reason no trust at all....Own up and tell me you are busy but dont cover up your lackluster effort. Ont op of that they kept paperwork there that belonged in my service book. Did not want to go back but Con at CMS is a waste of money and time. Do yourself a favor steer clear.
