Not happy with my Saucony runners purchased from Running Warehouse.Very uncomfortable runners possibly faulty.Need to return via post at my own cost, $12.50, plus the $5 delivery postage.Priced same runner's at DFO southwarf, which were cheaper, and no postage costs.I will never buy runners online again.

I’ll probably come to this store for all my future running shoes.Great selection of gear, and helpful staff that are also happy to let you browse at your own pace.They even had a treadmill so I was able to able to take a quick run in the shoes at a good speed before committing to purchase. I really like that idea!

I've placed three orders with Running Warehouse over the past 2 months, and all have gone without a hitch. The items are well packed, and the shipping/processing is always fast. Their best aspect by far though is their wide range of shoes, particularly for hard to find sizes.I've also used the Love the Shoe" guarantee

Amazing customer service - highly recommend. Lockdown has made it very difficult to buy running shoes for my wide feet because you’re unable to try on any shoes. Dennis has been fantastic help, going above what was required to make sure I get the right fitting running shoes. Thank you

Edit:The company continues to refuse to give a full refund for the package I never received.Now they are arguing that they won’t give a refund for shipping charges.The company had made a mistake in the order address which was then bounced.When trying to follow up on the phone, it either goes to the voicemail or met by someone positively rude named Susan, who then says that she will check with the warehouse.When I ask when I will hear back, the answer is aways You'll hear back from us

Previously great to deal with and had the love the shoe guarantee for years where you could return worn shoes for a month and get a store credit. This ended without any notification to customers, now I am stuck with shoes that dont fit and they will not accept the return as they claim the policy ended in April. Poor communication, would not recommend.

Ordered 5 new pairs of running socks 19 days ago for an event this weekend. Package still hasn’t even been shipped. Complained twice already and was upgraded to express shipping a week ago and was assured my purchase was now their #1 priority. Unfortunately this only helps if the package actually gets shipped. Complained again 2 days ago and was told “it looks like the package will go today”. It did not. Funnily enough 19 days ago they were only too happy to instantly charge my credit card
