San Churro Watergardens

The service is friendly but slow. The food and drinks are nice but not really good value for the price you are paying. This place seems to do well with a steady number of people even so... #churrios #hotchocolate

Really busy on a Friday night. Freshly made Churro was delicious. The staff was nice especially the lady who cleaned our table.

Usually have no problems ordering from here but this time Just wanted a receipt for the food I ordered waited nearly 10mins just for the line another 3mins for her to check the receipt on the register and then the lady told me to wait on the side waited another 10mins then waited another 5mins just for her to say “I can’t find the receipt” if she couldn’t find it the first time she should of just said that. Wasted nearly 28mins just for a receipt that’s ridiculous. Not to mention I came here with my family and there churros were overcooked could have broke my teeth tbh. Mexican place at the food court is better.

Spent $20 on two frappes (one cookie butter, one coffee) and waited over 20 minutes for the workers to even start making them. It was a relatively busy period but no one was working particularly fast, except for the young guy making the churros. The drinks we ordered were put in eat-in glasses instead of takeaway cups and then we had to wait for more time while they corrected this mistake. In the end the coffee frappe was alright but the cookie butter tasted like cold milk with a slight hint of Biscoff. Waste of money, waste of time.

Best place to visit in Watergardens if you are craving fresh and warm churros with your choice of dip. Even their gelato's are good. Highly recommend this place.

Horrible customer experience numerous times from San Churro Watergardens both in-person and ordering online especially. Ordering system is broken or staff have no idea on what is ordered when both churros and a drink are ordered and desperately require training on customer service skills. I even put notes on the order stating what has been ordered and still my order wasn't completed properly numerous times and I had to drive over 20mins to the store to get my full order. On top of that, the manager and staff made absolutely no apologies for their mess up with my order and lack of customer service, no freebies/ gift vouchers were offered or anything. The manager was made aware by staff of the mess up with my order and just blankly looked me in the face, whispered to her staff in their ear, the staff member then handed me a bag with my order finally completed and said Have a good night." Absolutely shockingly disappointing service!"

The lady owner/manager that’s normally there early morning makes the best coffee! But when I went back during the day for another coffee, it was terrible. Wish all staff knew/trained properly to make good coffee to avoid loosing customers.Nice toasties too!I like the convenience of their opening hours as well :)

Churros texture was amazing. Warm, crispy. Paired with melted dark and white chocolate, it was really good! And cake was okay. But real chocolate shake really bad tasteless drink packing also very worst and too expensive

A good menu of very sweet and chocolaty things heavily inspired by central European chocolate culture.They serve cafe, ice creamery and chocolatier foods.Not good for celiacs sadly, all their food is contaminated with gluten. But for the rest of us they're great.Really good hot chocolate.I will go there again and try their fondue.
