Monbulk Family Dental Care

I recently visited Monbulk Family Dental Care at the Emerald clinic and I was extremely impressed with the overall service and care I received by Dr. Rastogi and all of the staff. I had a large build-up of plaque which I was concerned about, and Dr. Rastogi thoroughly removed it all and suggested some cleaning techniques and tools to use at home. He then followed up with an intense clean. All the staff are so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Monbulk Family Dental Care.

For many years (since 2006), my family and I have been seeing Dr Harsh Rastogi. We have been very impressed with his treatment. I have had the full gamut of procedures from wisdom extrations, bleaching and veneers etc.cannot fault, highly recommend

Terrible. I took my daughter in there because she had a tooth ache 3 visits later the tooth that she ( the dentist ) said either needs to come out or a root canal, that may not work due the decay being at the gum line, is still there and they are still trying to get us to do the root canal that may not work. When we requested the tooth come out ( on the 2nd visit ) they said there is not enough time booked even though we booked a longer time after the first visit. The last visit ( 3rd visit now) due to corona restrictions we called before the appointment to make sure it was still ok to come only to be told when we got there they cant do anything due to corona restrictions and that will be $30 thanks. Just trying to get us to pay more money at the expense of my kids dental health. What will happen if that tooth absesses now? Should have been taken out the 2nd visit when it was suppossed to be after the gum inflamation went down from the 1st visit.

My family has been going to both Monbulk Family Dental and the Emerald clinic for over 8 years now. We have always found the care and treatment excellent by both Dr Rastogi and Dr Li and the staff pleasant and helpful. Great practice, won't go anywhere else for our dental treatment.

I must say I have been impressed with the services at Monbulk Family Dental. The ammeneties are clean and hygienic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had an appointment to see Dr Rastogi and he was well mannered and listened to all my concerns especially me being afraid of the dentist. He was extremely gentle and I felt very comfortable under his care. I will definitely visit this place again and recommend it to all my friends.

My family has been going to Emerald Family Dental for over 10 years and have been impressed with Dr Harsh and his team. We've had biannual cleaning, a cosmetic procedure, fillings and xrays done - excellent jobs, no complaints. He is also very gentle (not harsh!) with our young daughter and she doesn't dread going to the dentist.

I have had a tooth extraction before however my experience today at monbulk was fantastic. The care that was taken in all aspects explaining what was going to happen, how much it was going to cost and most of all the gentle approach to the procedure. As much as it’s not a pleasant thing to have done I really don’t feel I could have been in better hands anywhere else.

I saw Dr Sandra, she was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, she was happy to explain what I needed done and offer advice. Also the clinic itself was well presented and all the staff were lovely.

Undoubtedly the best dental clinic in the area. These guys treat me so well each visit and their attention to detail and wellbeing makes me feel so comfortable every time I come in. Thanks Dr. Harsh!

Terrible. Went in for a deep clean, the dentist was rushed, missed half my troubled spots, made my gums bleed, and was then rude when I complained about his lack of care. I was in the chair for 13 minutes, $135 later and teeth still not clean - Absolute joke, will never return!
