Bought some crushed rock from here. Staff were friendly and prices seem reasonable.

Got some brickie sand delivered a few weeks mate. I've forgotten the bloke's name on the phone but he had great product knowledge and I was able to get delivery the next morning. Made my job alot easier.

Ordered over the phone during lockdown in Melbourne. Excellent service by salesman Mick who took his time and gave me options about the products I wanted. My order was delivered with care on a rainy day. The delivery driver was polite and helpful. He paid attention to smaller details and made sure products were delivered where I wanted. Two stars for the blokes being nice over the phone, but overall was very disappointed. I called a couple of times to inquire about a particular colour of stone/pebble I was after. I even asked the person I was speaking with to jump online whilst I was on the phone to confirm that the pebble colour on the website is the actual colour I will be getting and he confirmed it was. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, the colour was different and so was the pebble size. There were quite a few large pebbles through the mix as well, which was not what I wanted. I should have just purchased the pebbles from Daisey's who were $15 cheaper per cubic m and I would have saved on delivery fees!! Pictures of pebbles I wanted versus what I got. :(I was never told to come inspect the product - so I am very surprised to see you say you insisted on me coming to see the product!! Thats just not true.

Ben is an absolute superstar. My sister and I went into store to look at the different types of rock and Ben was more than helpful. He was patient with us and gave us some really useful advice about drainage for our newly built retaining wall. Prices and delivery times are reasonable but Ben’s service is second to none. What an awesome bunch of blokes.I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and they were sincerely polite and had no qualms about loading me up with a tiny amount of sand even though they were putting the machinery away for the day.Rare getting this kind of service now days.Recommended whole heartly.
