I had a great experience and got my prescription quickly!

The best compounding centre by far. I live an hour away and still chose to get my scripts filled here because they are superior in their knowledge and service.

I've visited twice and the first time, had a great experience, with very lovely staff. However recently on my second visit (different staff) I went to get my supplements and 5 minutes later when I returned home, I discovered the glass bottle was broken at the bottom, a hole on the side. I went back and they were immediately aggressive and I felt uncomfortable, as they were insisting I dropped my bottle and that it was new stock and they'd never sell broken products. I found this bizarre they were insisting on something I didn't do and was about to ask if they wanted to see my bag to know that there wasn't broken glass in there when they told me to wipe the pills with tissue and it would be fine". I wouldn't waste my own time breaking my own stuff and it was very awkward in there. I understand mistakes happen and it perhaps wasn't even their fault

I am technically not a customer, and this is the point. One of my friend has a severe food allergy and did not have any of her medication with her. Everyone was panicking and I called the pharmacy for help as it was the one closest to us. The pharmacist (I am guessing) went above and beyond without question and helped us got over the incident. Thank you so much! Very kind lady!

Spoke to a pharmacist on the phone about a medication I'm getting compounded and the pharmacist was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was happy to answer all my questions in full.

I have been to this pharmacy twice and had really professional service. The first time they were accommodating in helping me pick up the order out of hours which was fantastic. Second time, I ordered my prescription to Brisbane and had it in 48 hours. I am so pleased! Thank you!
