Great customer service and prices

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I rented their truck thru one of their other branches. Earlier in the day before I was told to pick up the truck the following evening at 5pm (half a day earlier) as a courtesy since another person in the company messed up my booking and that they would put it in the NOTES for the branch to read.I called them 1 hour before pick up only to be told sorry it's not available til the next morning 9am which was annoying because I had organised someone to help me for 2 trips that evening as they were unavailable Saturday day. They were also late to open that morning for my pick up. I had to do all my heavy moving by myself that Saturday since my previously organised help could only do Friday eveningI was also told to return it by 8.30am Monday. I turned up Monday morning 8.20am for the short round lady at the counter to tell me I was late that was supposed to be before 8am. Further she was trying to make it out that its was NOT their fault, that the whole ordeal I went thru from Thursday to Monday morning was my fault. I was fuming n just walked out.To summarise- my booking was messed up by NS Thursday- as a courtesy for their error told to pick up Friday evening 5pm- 5pm Friday evening not possible, noone called me to say it was so- they didn't even read the notes on the booking- really rude to insinuate it was not NS fault that it was mine- still traumatised n fuming thinking about it.Your brand is a national brand, do better customer service by being accountable and don't shift the blame to your customers, what an evil doctrine!

Poor management and no customer service wouldnt recommend this site sort story is made a deal with them for haft payment a fortnight but the manager there never keept up there and of a deal and tryed to lock me out from getting my stuff just wouldn't recommend this site of theres

Staff are friendly its clean and my stuff is secure in great hands I recommend it to anyone

Ok..... need better opening hours otherwise happy

Awful experience, they double charged the account, and illegally withdrew money from my account, and despite saying they would organise a refund, this has not happened yet.

I have been with the previous people which was Wyong or North Wyong storage shed. And I believe and has changed. I believe now it's called The National Storage Shed have not been notified of this change and I run up on the day of when payment was due for the storage shed that I am occupying and I spoke to Paul the manager and he said it is fine to pay in two weeks time which would mean that the account would be two weeks overdue and yesterday 7 days overdue and I went to go into the shed and two nights ago to get some of my belongings and do some things and I am locked out can't get into the premises is now 9 and they supposedly open the nine o'clock and I have dialled 4 times and unable to get hold of anyone I also spoke to Peter when I was there for days ago at the shed my shed doing some things and also explained to him that as if it was ok to pay in two weeks time from the due date and he said that's fine I'll put it in the computer the same as Pauline and she said but obviously this is not been done because I'm locked out of my own things my own belongings wouldn't mind so much if I was told something different but I suppose we have been told that it will be supposedly ok to pay the account 14 days late not very happy with his new mob National Storage Shed people. I had no problems with Paul when the previous people with their North Wyong storage shed. But cannot speak very highly. I repeat i can not speak very highly of the new propietors. Which I believe is now called. National Storage Shed. I'm pissed right of to think I can't get into the shed. I can't get on the premises I have a lady friend that has got a brain tumor. And that friend needs medication from the shed pretty well pissed off to be honest with you.I spoke to the manager Paul. Who has since left. And I was at the shed doing some things 4 days ago. And spoke to Peter. And explained to Peter that Paul said it was OK to pay the account 14 days late. As a one of. And Peter said no problem and thT he would do what Paul said he'd do. Which was put it into the system. That I have rang and I will be paying in 14 days time.I have made sure I'm safe and OK. As I know that thes storage sheds. Can and do lock you out by placing a different lick on the shed appose to the lock I have put on my own she'd. And then they put your item things up for action.So I have been completely Anal about thisI'm pretty cranky at the moment
