We went on a Saturday night which was absolutely packed because the footy was on! Having said that, service was quick and the food came out fast and piping hot. The food is priced slightly higher than other pubs.I got the lamb shank pie which looked exactly like the picture. The red wine jus was delicious and rich which actually surprised me as usually pub sauces aren’t the best. The mash was smooth. I would have liked a bit more veggies with it though.My friend got the Parma which I had before. It’s a decent size and the salad is well dressed.They also have a nice courtyard which is doggie friendly and they even have a doggie menu.Great pick if you’re looking for decent pub food and casual hangs.

Good spot for a casual meal. The parma and beef burger we ordered were both cooked and tasted good. The portions were generous, but the price was higher then average. The staff were friendly, but service was mostly through scanning a QR code on the table. The venue itself is spacious and comfortable, with a lot of greenery making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal or drinks with friends.

Popped in for a hearty Sunday lunch. Delicious. We were also treated to a talented guitarist/singer.Accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and various types of seating.

Nice bright clean room, with shared facilities, and great location. Cosy bar downsrairs.Accomodation was not secured overnight with broken lock and lack of privacy without curtains, even in the bathroom.

Inattentive service, did not clear tables, and dining room has lots of wear and tear with lampshades missing glass and just that neglected feeling. Presentation of meal was high but temperature, taste and execution poor. This is just an experience that won't leave you outraged but just with a super meh feeling.

It's a nice pub with a big courtyard/beer garden area, perfect to bring your dogs along!Food can be hit or miss, we've had some incredible fish and chips one day only to find them greasy and soggy the next one, for example.Although portion sizes are quite generous, it's a bit on the expensive side for pub fare.

Can't fault this place. Had delicious oysters at a good price, yummy steak and roast of the day.I would've ordered 50 more oysters if I could - they were that good!Thanks for having us. We will come again next time we're in Melbourne.

Met my team for lunch and the tried and true parma which was ultimate happiness. The chips are simply sensational and after I demolished mine I sat there wistfully glancing at those last few remaining on my coworkers plate wishing we were at that relationship stage where I could swipe them and wondering why he wasn’t offering, that is how epic they areLatestVenue selected by my colleagues for my pre maternity leave lunch. Being a Wednesday it was parma day which I couldn’t go past and I’m glad I didn’t. The sauce to cheese to chicken ratio was on point which as we know is the hallmark of a great parma. Another place near Prahan were you can get a reasonably good steak. We asked for two rare cooked steaks. One was definitely rare, as it should be. However, the second one was below rare (i.e., still bleeding a bit). Surprisingly, the sauces did not add flavours to the steaks. The garlic and butter was not exactly the right fit to the steaks. The second sauce did not add any good flavour to the steaks as well.The salad and its dressing was great. The fries were really good as well.In short, I would say that the food does not quite match the price. I was expecting something a bit better.
