Extremely bad experience. Egg McMuffin was burnt to the point of being completely inedible. Manager on duty Felicity was extremely unapologetic, and would only offer a cash refund despite me paying on card. Beware of this location. Never returning.

Very Busy on a Sunday from a Gold Coast public holiday, but it was great service from all departments! Really impressed with how friendly all staff were and so nice to have fresh doughnuts from Krispy Kremes.

Early morning brekky at 5.30am Bacon & egg muffin was disgusting. Muffin was rock hard and egg like rubber. Didn't have time to go back and complain but won't go back to this Maccas.

Extremely slow service. Ordered a hash brown and two apple pies, took 20 minutes to get our order. Ordered a bacon and egg mcmuffin, ended up leaving before we even got the order as we had to continue our road trip.Would not recommend if you're making a quick stop.

I only got Maccas as it was the only hot break food option. The centre itself was nice, but the food reminded me why I only get it as a last resort. The hash brown was fried to a crisp and the sausage on the dry muffin was super slim. The team member making the coffee made it obvious she didn't want to be there.

The cleaner tonight Peru (I believe that was his name) was more than welcome to have a conversation with us. He is a very hard working man, who is an asset to BP. Hopefully I will see him again next time I come through. He is also COVID safe which I adore.

Good access from M1 freeway and back onto freeway. Several food/coffee outlets, good variety. It is the best service centre from Brisbane southbound.

Not bad for a quick stop however they made a few bad mistakes with our food. Of a 10 pa k of nuggets we got 8, half the chips in the order were cold and the burger had a hair poking out of it. Upon bringing these to the teams attention though, they quickly remedied with fresh and remade food. Overall, not bad, but food safety standards may have lapsed today and attention to detail could be better.

I regularly use drive thru. The burgers always taste good, however I have had missing burgers. So check orders b4 leaving. I had some very ordinary chicken nuggets. Chips are regularly luke warm and when you get home are yuk.
