The customer service was the absolute best from the rest. The ladies were warm, kind, not pushy & absolutely lovely. I Cannot fault this store and I now have the most beautiful necklace from here. Hands down 11/10.

Galwey Pearls
I was looking for a large pearl and my budget was around $1600 (which wasn't a huge amount considering what I was looking for). The ladies in the store never made me feel like anything was out of reach and were so beautiful to deal with. Went out of their way to find me the perfect pearl and educate me on the individual pieces. There were lots of other stores in the area, but after meeting with them I didn't even want to look any further. So happy with my pearl and the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Most beautiful pearls but more importantly the customer service from the two ladies was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, engaging and made you feel very special. Myself and two girlfriends did the rounds and came back to Galwey Pearls because of the ladies. I can't tell you how much the experience meant to the three of us - thank you so much and we can't wait to go back
