I recently had the displeasure of working with Land and Lease Real Estate Agent Min. My experience with Min was unprofessional and downright unethical. Min deliberately lied to me and my family to convince us to purchase a property that was completely unworthy of its price. We trusted Min and believed in his guidance, but it was all a ploy to make a sale.The property Min try to sell us turned out to be a complete nightmare.  We were saddled with a pile of problems, from a roof to a faulty foundation illegal construction, etc. Glad that we found everything from our property report. The property was nothing like Min had described it, and it was obvious that he knew it all along.I would never recommend working with Land and Lease Real Estate or Min to anyone. This company values making a sale over honesty, morals, and ethics. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what my family and I had to endure. Stay far away from this dishonest and unscrupulous real estate agent.

Sales agent was honest, reliable, transparent in his communication, provides regular updates as they come through and most importantly is always accessible and realistic. Has a good knowledge of the market, recent changes and factors to consider was beyond any research findings we could conduct. Overall, happy with their services and highly recommend ! Disappointed with the service after we bought our property. We bought the property in July 2021, myself and strata requested multiple times for them to remove the sold sign from the property. They never removed the sign despite these many requests, so we had to do it ourselves today. Very disappointing!EDIT: response back to land and lease.We removed the sign ourselves and left it outside your office in Glenfield. This sign was not removed by your company. We have been requesting this since July 2021 please do not use flooding as a disruption as this was a recent event. It has been 10 months since we requested it be removed.
