Checked online what the opening hours were because of Christmas before going there. It said it was Open so I went. It was NOT Open. It got 1 star as I was not able to post with no stars..

3 years ago I would have given 2 stars, but the last few experiences since having to go back there, my experiences have been positive.Staff are friendly and if you make the effort to get in at the start of their day (8.30am), you will be served promptly.I hope they continue in this vain to keep up the service.

Visited here today with my friend, a very disruptive customer came in while we were waiting. The man was loud, swearing and very agitated. I assume it was the office manager, a lady, took charge of the problem, tried to calm the man down and usherd the many customers waiting in that area to another waiting area away from the disruptive man. We thought she handled the volitile situation very well and looked after the offices other customers.

Went in with a client after lots and lots of messing around with his payments.Three ladies including the caseworker all worked together to sort out what went wrong, and to restore his payment once and for all.Their customer service in a time of frustration was amazing. Extremely helpful, and efficient. One of the ladies, worked on his case throughout the day and inbetween her appointments, reading through all the notes to clean up and correct the errors flagged by the system.Thank you so much ladies for your kindness, understanding and professionalism

The worst Centrelink Office in Perth, they send you away without even trying to listen and help you by using excuses instead! Horrible customer service!

Not able to contact Centrelink by phone to an actual helpful answer for a question required to be answered by the agency! The answer to how to address their requirement was not covered on the website nor on the recorded messages on every phone number tried. How does one get personalised assistance when it is difficult to get to the actual office?

We had the best experience with a lady named Natalie at the Midland branch. She was so helpful and friendly, being our first time there we were very happy with our service from her. The reception lady not so much. Thank you Natalie
