Significantly more expensive when compared to the others like Bias, Whitworths, Bluebottle Marine, CH Smith and don’t match prices. CH Smith is best followed by Bias when it comes to being responsive and meeting the market on price. It’s rare for people to even pick up or respond to an inquiry from this place… 23/6: Update based on the response from the “owner”: You clearly don’t know your competition and I don’t use eBay. There’s a reason I chose not to be a customer - which you’ve validated with your response and prices. I’ve also visited your warehouse which I would not call a store. Your not competitive and your lack of responsiveness indicates you’d struggle to provide the level of after sales support I expect. Remember feedback is a gift … Its ok if you can’t compete, no need for petty sarcasm - this is business. It comes down to two things, your competition either buys better than you or you choose to slam your customers with higher prices for identical products. Hope this helps to clear up your misunderstanding. My experience with the businesses mentioned ensures my shopping and boating is always a pleasure.

Very disappointing received goods that come very slow, when I opened up the goods one of the products a polish that had been opened and lid broken. Had been resealed with sticky tape, once opened half the container was 1/4 empty. I just cant believe a company would send this as it looked second handthen have made contact twice with no response from them will never use or recommend them again not happy

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with them.Ordered two items with express shipping, over the phone to get it sent out ASAP.Didn’t receive a order confirmation so called in 5 working days later to hear that the order didn’t get worked on as they haven’t charged my credit card (why not??). And yes I had plenty of money on the card.After that call they finally charged my credit card but still didn’t receive any order confirmation or a tracking number although they assured me they would send both.Then again texted them 20 days later to finally receive a tracking number. By the time the items have finally got delivered I moved on and sourced the parts otherwise so the items got returned to boatwarehouse by the shipping company.Since then I’ve contacted them for a refund but not getting a reply since over a week.Very bad customer service.

Fantastic customer service from John at The Boat Warehouse. I ordered some oars and boat gear recently, there were some minor delivery delays, however I was kept informed of the order status regularly by John. I'd definitely recommend and will buy again from The Boat Warehouse.

I placed the order online through their website for a stainless deck fuel filler. I paid the advertised amount for the item. Next day got an email from them telling me that they have made the mistake and put up the wrong price and can not honor my order for the advertised price. They asked me to pay more then double what I have initially paid. I sent the email back saying it’s not the good business practice to extort more money from customer, when the customer clearly not at fault.After my email they agreed to honor my order but after few days later someone else from the company emailed me, “Unfortunately the below item on your order has sold out and is now discontinued.1x RWB-7857, Attwood Vented Deck Fill Fuel - Round, Straight: Cap Colour/Material: Stainless SteelWhat a joke! Made me wait for the item and then try to extort so much more money, then make me wait again and then not deliver what they promised me.I placed my order somewhere else at much lower price.Do your research before ordering through this website. If I have read the reviews earlier on this business before placing my order , I would have stayed clear from this business.Very unhappy with this deceptive business

My second order with them and again it's taken a week and it hasn't been shipped. They have a great range of products but so do many others. If you want quick dispatch and expect great customer service, then they will disappoint. Usually with small items like this you expect to get them in 3-4 days, and usually you do. Nothing worse than a project being held up because of a tardy supplier, who after 3 years still hasn't worked out how to get items out the door quickly and efficiently.

They were great to deal with. The only hold up was the delivery of what i had ordered and this was due to covid. I sent them an email, got a quick reply and within 2 days i had my items. Well worth using again.

These guys are thieves. I purchased something online and never received it. I got a shipping notification and waited over 10days and the tracking didn't update. So i called letting them know I hadn't received my order. The reply i got from someone called Mike was give it time to arrive. I then asked why the tracking hadn't been updated. Only to receive a short answer stating that's not our problem its Australia post. I didn't get anywhere with that phone call except getting a rude response. I had no choice but to wait anther week. Still nothing. I called back and go anther person thankgod. This time i got an answer they don't have the product in stock and they need to order it in. WELL DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK. I said i want to cancel my order and get a refund so i can go to anther place that gives better service. It took 5 more phone calls and 2 weeks to get my money back. Steer clear of these guys
