This is NO ordinary Pharmacy or Chemist Shop. Excellent customer services from all staff members. Caring and attentive Pharmacists who take care to ensure customers understand their medication regime and interaction with other medications, herbal supplements or food. Kenny, Jackie and Chris are always there to assist and go above and beyond expectation when offering advice or help. Big enough to offer more than just prescriptions, but small enough to offer TOTAL care.

They put cleanliness second only to customer service. Both are sorely missing from the store.My prescription was filled incorrectly, after I pointed it out they they took far too long to fix. Then failed to ask any of the necessary questions, just sent me on my way with a dangerous medication without mentioning any side effects, or using the correct label, even though I've never had the medication before!

They friendly and bubbly people. Happyto be with. the customer service is great.

The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful. Found what I looked for less than a minute!

Same awesome service with a huge range of products. I can’t believe their prices! My medication is $10 cheaper here compared to a competitors. Kenny & Jackie really know how to look after their customers, nothing is too much of a hassle. Their staff are always smiling & friendly, & are well informed on their products. I highly recommend this pharmacy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Staff are terrific, Kenny and his team are so accommodating. They are busy all the time and always treat people with kindness and respect.

'Customer service' staff were extremely rude. Shouldn't be in that line of work if you make customers feel unwelcome. Not the first time with same experiences too.

Have been a customer here for the last 5 or 6 years. They deliver your prescriptions when needed, but because I have moved to another suburb, I still get my scripts and whatever I want after the the owner Kenny finishes work. He is very helpful, and a lovely man. He really cares about his clientele. I would recommend him to everyone in the vicinity. You couldn't come across a better pharmacist if you tried. And he also has a young family, who are equally as gorgeous. Thank you Kenny, for everything you have done over the years for me. I'm only 57, and have been through so much with my health. Kenny should be celebrated for all the good deeds of taking his time out to help people, especially when they need it. Words cannot describe what I feel about his man.
