I arrived a little bit early for my appointment for a quick 5-10 minute insurance assessment and was treated rudely from the phone call to the quick chat I had with them when I arrived with the car. When I took the car in one guy started taking photos when One man I’m assuming the owner came over raging about it and told me to come back in an hour and a half with a raised voice . I felt treated like I was dirt and I told them I’d take my business elsewhere and I’d advice you to as well. Very unprofessional

After five long months of driving a damaged car the Insurance Co and I reached an agreement and I dropped my car off to be repaired.Don arranged a hire car at no cost to me.My car was repaired in four days and the workmanship was excellent.

Took my car in for some small scuff marks and repairs. Very happy with the quality of work and how quick it took. The team there were great. Will be back again with my partner's car to get some attention to it. Highly recommended to deal with.
