Green Engineering SA

The quality of Green Engineering is very reliable and surprised me. Once, the birds pecked my solar panel on the roof of my house. I thought it may needed to be replaced, but later it could be used without anything wrong. It still works well currently, save money on maintenance.

Very poor service after installation. They don't give you satisfaction answer once installtion is done. I have high voltage issue but they don't bother to come my property and have a look.

Most unprofessional solar company, day 1 turned up late in day excuse 1 then said they had been not been supplied all the equipment. Day 2 didn't turn up no communication received, complained ask to speak to manager never return my call. After arranging new date turned up couldn't start too wet. Day 4 turned up different installers after reviewing the job stated they hadn't been supplied the correct equipment. Rang GE asked for the manager still didn't return my call, now waiting for deposit back, customer service they don't know what that means, idiots, don't use them, you have been warned!!b

Very poor service after installation. I have high voltage issue and their own installer noted the original installation is insufficient and requires repairs. no response to phone calls and emails. It took 2 months to get payment receipt and warranty papers which don't mean anything. I strongly recommend against Green Engineering.

From the beginning Green engineering was a very disorganised and unreliable company. They were very quick to sign us up but they were two months behind as they didn’t have the correct brackets. They did not register the system onto the grid at the right time and we missed out on a good feed in tariff.4 years later the inverter developed a problem. They refused to honour the warrantee. We have presently engaged the consumer and business affairs regarding this matter as numerous phone calls and emails remain unanswered. They do not deserve the one star we have given them only we have no option to give lower rating.Stay away from this company!

Installed 5Kw system at my house. The installer where professional. The quality of the panels where really good. I went to many companies but couldn’t able to find a good deal. Finally I contacted company on google listing and they gave me great deal.Panel quality- 9/10Installion-8.5/10Communication-8/10

Green Engineering is the best solar installation company I have ever seen. I choose them for my second house. I didn't know about this service provider when I had solar installed on my first house, only to find out after my installation that it had better service and lower prices for the same product! So this time I didn't hesitate to go with Green Engineering, and I wasn't disappointed, everything looks great so far!

They have good sales people and well customer service. They can know what I'm talking about. I'm not professional, so sometimes I may ask stupid questions I don’t even know, but they answer my questions in great detail, make me comfortable and easy,

In 2014 I had a 4 kw system installed by Green Engineering the job was done very well and to date I have no problem with the install. However in march 2016 power SA contacted me to inform me that the system was not registered with them, and that as and they were stopping my feed in tariff.from Feb until at least September. that 8 months of loss. Green Engineering have not fixed this problem and I have contacted them 7 times so far to try to get it fixed. Even when they contacted Power SA the didn't add the original system to the paper work so now instead of having a 5 kw system registered with power SA I have a 4 kw system and as I have a 5 kw system power SA wont reinstate the feed in tariff. please keep an eye on there paper work as it falls down big time and can be very costly in loss of rebate.

although this company were quick to put up my system and at a reasonable price i now know as far as after sales service goes it is non existence;I had my system break down a month ago and although i have rang them several times they will not answer I emailed them at least 5 times and all emails were blocked. As far as warranty goes they will not honour them
