I rang ahead to ask if they had any new Hybrid vehicles as I need a new car ASAP and I live in Zetland. The person on the phone said he had one cancelled order ...(It's currently normal to have to wait a few months to 2 years for a new hybrid)I turned up with my wife thirty minutes later... And said to a small group of salesmen -I'd been talking to someone on the phone.A young sales man said that I had spoken to him on the phoneAnd I pointed at the car that was a grey colour and asked what colour that is.An older salesman said a colour... and the younger guy told him off for saying the wrong colour in a very demeaning way... In front of us. And proceeded to say he should know better.My wife noticed and her face kind of dropped.. Then I said what car was available now... And the young guy said "none " And then he said ..... 'I told you over the phone '..... (The reason I came directly is because he said he had one car available cause of a cancellation and he was on speaker phone. So my wife heard him too).My wife just grabbed my arm and pulled me away ... She could see that now I was annoyedAnother sales person could see I was about to have a go at him... And quickly came over and saved the day... He started to talk to me and gesture me towards another car..... And actually asked me to not worry about it ... And proceed to evaluate my intention to buy and what car we needed. Was extremely apologetic and was infact fabulous... And informed.Although the second sales rep saved the day. I can't help but remember how off-putting the younger sales rep was. He was arrogant

My experience has been pretty good. I was lucky to get my car in less than three month and I believe that was only possible due to the great help from Danny our sales rep. I signed the contract in October when the price was still not out for the 2023 model. They made it easy by providing a flexible contract that could have been cancelled by the customer. They awarded me as a local customer with free 2years service and roadside assist. Communication were fast and information was provided in a time.

I have just celebrated my birthday, Sydney city Toyota delivered my car on my 18th birthday, this is something I will remember as a very special thing and definitely the best birthday present i could have ever asked for. Had an issue with my online booking, turned up to find my booking hadn't gone through online. They were all booked up and unable to get me in on the day, however...The team went out of their way to help me anyway.Mathew Bautista got my radio working on the spot, and they showed me how to get my car remote working again.The quality of service is always second to none.
