Jeffery was very helpful the store down the road tried charging me 300$ for a new screen. He took the time to hear our problem and was able to do a simple reset without charge. Excellent service. Thank you, ill be returning should I have any issues with my phone.

Fantastic service. Today they replaced my iPhone battery in only half an hour at a great price. I could not be happier with the service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and explained what I could do to protect the battery life. I never go anywhere else for phone/iPad covers or phone repairs. Thanks so much!

Had a new battery put into my IPhone 6 today. Great service, friendly tech looked after me very well and the repair was completed pretty quickly in around an hour as advised. Very happy to use their service again.

Got screen replacement here. $240+ lasted less than a year and fell out. Adhesive was cheap and didn't cover entire area. Went back and was told 6 month warrant. Agreed but asked how much to fix. Staff argued and said out of warranty, repeated how much to fix, was told to leave the store! Shocking service and shoddy products. Take your business elsewhere.

Came here to purchase a silicone clear case & screen protector. Thinking $50 cash would be enough, I was advised once fitted that the total was $57. He then wouldn’t split payment between cash & eftpos so I needed to forfeit the case. Looking at the receipt I see I was charged $29.95 for the protector & an addition $6 for a care plan that was never mentioned??? I went back asking about it & he advised it was for 1 free replacement (clearly not free if I’m paying $6 for it) I demanded a refund & left feeling cheated & misled. I was only $1 away from affording the 2 items, not the original $7 I was quoted.

Awesome place! I went to many places to get my tablet fitted with a glass protector, everywhere rejected me, but happy tel were only too happy to help and were extremely helpful! Extremely pleased! Will always go to them for my tablet/mobile issues. Highly recommend!

After being scoffed at because I didn't like the more expensive screen protector. He then advised me he has nothing to offer me because of the case I have for my phone. Extremely disappointed I always shopped here. Never again

I bought an iPhone case from here than was $70. It has snapped on the side and now does not cover my phone. Absolute garbage.
