Called on Friday long weekend no hot water. Jamie had it fixed with simple repairs same day with great recommendations for renewal, could not be happier! Now have time to plan for the installation of Solar hot water I have always wanted. Brilliant service, thank you again you are a life saver Jamie!

We needed an emergency replacement of our hot water service. I was quoted the price over the phone in the morning and by 5pm that day the new hot water service was in. There was a small issue that was fixed the next morning. I couldn't be more happy with the service and attitude towards customer service. I would happily recommend Hogans to anyone.

Absolutely amazing. Had Michael install my hot water system 5 years ago and I was super impressed at his caring attitude, price, prompt service, and now today at 2.15 Jamie responded to a call from me with a leaky valve. Fortunately he was in the area but arrived within half hour, quoted a very reasonable price and had it fitted shortly after.Confident, competent, speedy. I am super happy.They certainly know how to run a business. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Mike and Jamie installed a new split system AC unit for us under the NSW energy rebate scheme and the process could not have been easier. The price was very competitive and they sorted the government rebate and showed up exactly when they said they would.They had the unit installed in a few hours and they were very respectful of the house. It was cleaner when they left than when they showed up and nothing was left outside for us to clean up, which was nice. I would definitely recommend them.

Had an electric hot water system go a year ago and they changed it out immediately without fuss. Contacted them yesterday, after I found out ants had been living in my thermostat and burnt it out.Once again, arrived immediately the following day and replaced it. Very reasonable prices. Great service. This is how you run a business.Would not consider anyone else. Thanks Hogan's Hot Water.
