My first time visiting there today. I was getting some tablets and a lovely girl helped me and got me what I wanted, thank you for your great service.I also had some Click & Collect order to pick from the counter on the way out. All I can say is the woman who was behind the counter was very unhappy and unfriendly and I can only give her a thumbs down for her poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The philippinelady who works there is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. I work in customer service and her attitude is absolutely amazing. The other Chinese guy that works there is so uncivilised and rude too, It frustrates me so much that they’ve got the same behaviour towards the elderly customers that visit as well.He looks at you like it is the biggest inconvenience for him to get your medication, he doesn't smile at all, then huffs and puffs when he needs more information about your medication. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Received a text message that one of my two monthly medications were due so I came in to collect both. I was told I could not pick up my second medication because it was 2 days early, even though I picked up both medications on the same day the previous month. I was told to come back to the store in 2 days. I was extremely confused. I pulled my scripts and will find somewhere closer to home.

The young lady at the counter tonight was extremely helpful and lovely and myself and my girlfriend appreciated it enormously.Even with her mask on, we could see her friendly face and lovely smile. Keep making the world a brighter place!!!

Went this afternoon & paid $121.81 dollars. Server name Lauren. She told us that everything was in the bag, only to find out that 2 things were missing 1x krill oil & 1x hair & nails vita gummy. Lucky I have asked for the docket otherwise I could have paid something for nothing. Worst service.So disappointing.
