I honestly don't make reviews often but I just couldn't let this slide. I went here to try out and purchase some car audio equipment, upon testing the various different head units and speaker combinations we where told that this isn't a playground". When the gear your looking at purchasing costs upwards of 500 dollars you want to be sure that what your buying does what you want and the displays are there for that reason. Absolutely terrible customer service ended up leaving with nothing

Travelling around Australia and needed a roof rack and basket. Was in Mt gambier and saw a super cheap auto and came away with rack which I had fitted and the shop guys who were great fitted the basket for me. All at a vg price.

Customer service needs some work. I went to buy a double DIN head unit; I was abruptly told there were none in stock, and some were on order & he didn't know when they would have them on the shelves and then said go to Autobarn. I obliged and made my purchase at Autobarn, where I was treated like a valued customer. How is this business still trading?

Very disappointed. Sold me the wrong parts & then questioned my knowledge when I phoned. No effort to help either rectify the problem especially as I live 2 hours away. I was told I had the right parts even though it said on the boxes they wouldn't suit. (I ordered the correct parts from another company who also said the part numbers Supercheap supplied are wrong too!) Been shopping there for years (I'm in the trade!) I will never spend a cent with Supercheap ever again. I'm still" waiting for a reply from my email to the Trade centre now 3 weeks later. Very poor service!!"
