O Stars 0/1000 The Appliance Guys Sydney are HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!The Appliance guys are incompetent, unprofessional and do not get the job done.I strongly suggest not using them ignore the other positive reviews I am speaking from multiple negative personal experiences.They first installed a brand new Westinghouse washing machine a year ago. It was installed at Cove Avenue Manly in Laundry Two. Since installation the washing machine has never worked at all not once. They have made several visits to fix the machine over a year with no outcome. Today Appliance guys visited again on Monday 22nd May at 11am. The guy Bernard said that a replacement part is needed for the machine. The last two technicians have used the same reason it needs a replacement part but it is never fixed. Previous to these visits multiple technicians said a replacement washing machine would be installed. This was promised and then on the day they brought out the new machine but did not replace it. They have been out on multiple work orders and do not fix the problem. I highly recommend staying away from this incompetent and unprofessional company. Stay away U have been warned!!!Update: The lady claims below the machine was fixed during a warranty call by the manufacturer this is not true. The washing machine has never worked since installation.When they came and said the machine was fixed I tried to wash my clothes and the machine was not working. It's never worked hence why there have been so many warranty calls. The company is truly incompetent and probably the worst maintenance people I have dealt with. Thumbs down they are a big failure can't even fix a simple washing machine even though that's there Job.

I had a great experience with The Appliance Guys. I found the dryer I wanted at a great price. Excellent communication from the team and they delivered free of charge. I will definitely buy from them again.

The team came and installed the new cooktop and made all of the changes required so my kitchen will be up to standard. Communication was great all the way from quoting to installation. Fully recommend the applicable guys in Victoria!

Making an appointment was super easy. They also called to confirm date and time. The technician who came and installed my dryer was professional and fast. Everything was fine in less than 10 mins. Very efficient!
