Pharmacy 4 Less Maroubra

Pharmacist was overwhelmed and didn’t consult me on medication. It was devastating specially it’s my first time to take it. Prices aren’t great, I suggest you shop around before you buy anything. Staff needs to be more efficient

Rapid antigen test priced at $18… And it was a unboxed and rebadged test. Person on the desk handed it over in a Chemist bag that said “we’ll beat any price”… bit of a sham…

Despite it being listed as offering vaccinations it doesn't offer any such services. I was given no indication of where I could go to get it, I just got a flat out no. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The young, cranky looking woman who was behind the prescription desk walked over to another customer and gave them their medication then went back behind the desk and stared at me, clearly waiting, and did nothing. The pharmacist had to actually look up in disbelief and tell her to stop staring at me and to go and help me. Keep in mind, she is maybe 10 feet directly in front of me and looking at me the whole time. From this one interaction, I could instantly tell her laziness is typical and that he is fed up with it.This was my first time in this pharmacy. Hilariously, there are at least 4 pharmacies within about 60 seconds walk of each other at this junction, so I will definitely never be going back.Why would you employ someone that useless? Maybe she's related to the owner.

Very poor customer service, very odd questions, and over priced.

These dirt bags were selling Rapid Antigen tests for $20each.Everywhere else sells them at most for $15 individually. Chemist Warehouse sells them for $50 for a pack of 5.This is THE worst chemist in the Eastern Suburbs!

Every time I deal with these guys to access medication for my mother I'm overwhelmed by their rudeness. Their customer service needs a lot of work...

Just called the pharmacy and on hold while staff checked the product on shelf. Then the phone call just cut off. I rang back and was told that the previous call was accidentally cut off. No apology. Then was told that they can source the product. Avoid this store, rude and poor customer service.

My wife has been going through hell with this place. Their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. They are flat out rude. We had to deal with them with elderly parents and all we got were a lot of That's your problem" and "I have to be tough on all customers" with no desire to help or even try to meet us halfway. And the issue was we were trying to make sure they can get paid. Avoid this place if you can."

Went to this store yesterday for Covid boost shoot on Friday, and the pharmacist behind the counter saw me was there and still doing her paper work in front of me and no answer, the cashier also let me wait before she finish her paper work, the customer service is the worst compare to others in the local area, they were cold and unhelpful, they deserve a 1 star for their attitude.
