7-Eleven Officer East

I’ve been at this servo a few times but this was the first time trying to purchase fuel, the woman yelled at me via the loudspeaker that I was a fuel thief, scaring my children in the car and completely embarrassing me during peak hour , turns out a few years ago my car had been reported for a drive off BEFORE I owned it. Would not tell me who the database was run by and would only allow me to take a photo of the security photo that clearly wasn’t me. The police have no record of an incident and I’m at a loss as to clear my name. Very rude and unfriendly customer service. I will never use this service station again

Visited on Thursday 16th Feb at 4.35pm. The floors and counter to pay were disgusting. It appears slurpees had been spilt and not cleaned up. People's feet stuck to the floor, absolutely disgusting.Spoke to the employee who just shrugged her shoulders. Told her she needs to place a hazard sign so no one slipped. Could not give a dam. I told her that I would report it, she told me that's fine.Clean your store Seven Eleven.

Disgusting and unprofessional. The woman yelled and screamed at my partner as he was attempting to transfer funds to an account. We have NEVER been treated this way. My partner was extremely polite, explained the funds would be transfered within minutes, he just needed to make a call. He handed over wallet and ID (all while she continued screaming and accusing). This behaviour continued throughout the 7 minutes until the money was in account. When he attempted to pay (by card, in his wallet which she had) she initially kept yelling no pay first". Finally he was able to get his card
