Couldn’t recommend using Poolwerx Burpengary highly enough. I’ve been in there a few times you get honest advice without being felt you’re being sold things you don’t actually need. Customer service from recent new owners is refreshing also and unique. Great shop

Wendy, you were amazing. Great service. Even changed my quote for a pool roller as we worked out the initial item quoted wasn't correct. It wasn't the fact that Wendy saved me a few dollars. It was the fact that she was able to pick up the change required and not just go with the initial quote. That's caring. Wendy's advice for what's required and needed for our pool maintenance, going forward, was grateful and appreciated. Thank you again, Wendy, and hopefully, this is the start of a new beginning.

I would like to highly recommend Wendy, Grant and the Team at PoolWorks!We have been having monthly servicing on our pool to help us maintain high quality care for our water quality and equipment.The team have built our water quality up making each month more cost effective with the mineral treatmentWe have also received additional training and support to be confident in maintaining our pool and equipment that has been provided by staff over the phone and in person. They always make time to follow up and are great communicators.We are grateful to have a family business supporting us!

Our pool was well overdue for some upgrades. The team at Poolwerx Burpengary were tremendous, helping us select the correct equipment for our budget and taking the time to answer all of our questions. Zak was fantastic, and did the installation without any problems. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone with a pool.

Never had problems with Poolwerx Albany Creek, been with them for over 10 years. First time to use Poolwerx Burpengary and very disappointed with their service. I requested a pool handover and shock treatment which was never completed, was sent another pool technician and charge again for the same service that was never completed in the first place. Will definitely not use Poolwerx Burpengary ever again.
