Very poorly communicated cost versus benefit. The system is costing us money. This review was prompted when an email was received requesting reviews... BUT GET THIS.... they are offering cash prizes for the most favourable reviews. Looks like they are trying to BUY GOOD REVIEWS. Steer clear of this bunch. Plenty more supplier.

Eco Wise Energy installed a solar system at our business premises and at our home early in 2021. We found Eco Wise a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Professional and friendly. Installation was carried out by careful, competent tradesmen with attention to detail. We are very pleased with our solar systems and the reduction in our energy bills.

One of the companies responsible for the constant calls that you get about installing lights in your business. I've asked to be removed from their list on multiple occasions, and they keep calling. Absolute spam machine.

Amazing how this company can get bad reviews deleted. Well here we go again. DO NOT do business with this company. They do not honour their warranties. Don't believe a word they say. Be very careful just pass the buck when things go wrong, this business is setup between 3 companies, not just dealing with ecowise. Months later we had two panels not working now its three panels and no-one taking responsibility. Kash you may delete this review. I will keep putting them up again. You don't deserve one star

Aakash and his team did a great job on our residential solar PV power generation installation.Aakash met with us personally, and assessed our needs off previous bills, as well as projecting how our energy use patterns would change overtime.At his recommendation, we went with a 28 panel, oversized 5KWh SolarEdge Inverter system with mini-inverters to maximise the generation capability (the mini-inverters remove the losses experienced in String systems, allowing the system to not replicate panel shading losses across all panels in a system), and was installed in late 2017. He knew the product and was able to answer all our questions and explain things in an easy to understand manner, that still included answering all the 'geeky' questions I had.The installation was very professionally done by a contracted team. This was completed in a neat, tidy, safe and careful manner. Integrated into our home seamlessly.There was a minor issue with the timing of the installation and the delivery of the equipment, but Aakash rectified the issue quickly, personally delivering the required items, maintaining the schedule as planned.Since then the system has generated us 53MWh of energy (which, according to the Monitoring app we received with the installation, is a saving of over $12,000 at the Synergy 0.23c p/unit rate, avoiding the release of 32,318 kg of CO2, or the equivalent of planting 627 trees).After sales support, while only being required twice in that time (and not due to problems with Eco Wise Energy's service) - once for an inquiry related to compatible battery systems, and another in relation to a problem with Synergy's export tracking - was graciously handled. Hoping that one day we can get an actual picture of our roof install into the SolarEdge app, but that's a very 1st world problem to have.Highly recommended.

I have been harrassed by unsolicited calls twice from people purporting to be from this company today. They do not seem to get the message - I'm not interested. Based on my reading of other reviews and the fact that they have sought to delete unfavourable reviews, I would suggest people be very cautious before doing business with them.

Does this company still exist? I had a Solar System installed May 2022, but it is still not connected 1 year later. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. Do not deal with this company!

Great to deal with from start to finish. Competitive pricing and professional team. Installation was carried out to an extremely high standard and the pre and post installation service was excellent. I’m looking at using again and would highly recommend.
