I’ve been renting with Remax Colonial Annerley for 3 and half years and I must say I am very happy with Remax Colonial. Any maintenance issues have been promptly delt with and nothing is ever a problem.The staff are very professional and understanding.Nothing is a problem that the staff aren’t willing to help with. Sharon is an absolute pleasure to deal with as is Donna and all the staff.Customer service these days can be questionable but at Remax Colonial Annerley the Customer Service is above and beyond. Rental property managers are unprofessional. Constant change of staff, we had 4 different property managers over 8 months for the one house! Will rip you off when it comes to the Bond.

Absolutely appalling sales agent! Cost us the sale of our house by talking negatively about our property to prospective buys!!! No mention of the $150k we spent on a full renovation.If you would like to sell your house I would recommend finding another real estate agent.

Been renting through ReMax Colonial since December 2019 till present and both myself and my housemate are very pleased with our Property manager. They’re very professional and attentive to any maintenance that’s required, nothing is a problem. If we could give them a higher rating, we would rate them 10/10.

All the other reviews about RE/Max's inaction towards their criminal tenants are all true. All the disadvantaged tenants should get in touch with each others and file a lawsuit against RE/MAX. They take these criminal renters under their wings and bed and aid them. Whether you're a drug dealer, a drug lab, a full-on addict or a domestic violence offender. They seem to protect these law breakers and leave those of us affected by their criminal renters in danger, tears, and burdened financially by having to break our leases or eventually pack up and leave to a better place. Don't fall for their we manage all the properties here. There are no problems" and other lies. They don't care about you."

I rented through Remax Colonial from April 2019 to February 2020. I was really pleased with the quality of service; I was always made to feel welcome and valued. I would highly recommend Remax Colonial to prospective renters.

This is an excetionally unprofessional real estate agency. We have a lot of investment properties and have used many property managers in brisbane, and this is by far the worst. Staff are unreliable, do not communicate and care only to take your money. Before considering this agent, BEWARE and please read other reviews on the web as this practice is not worth the effort.
