Fairmont Homes Display Village - Seaford Heights

My husband and I went into a Fairmont display on a whim right in the middle of a crazy busy time in the building/housing industry. We were greeted by a sales consultant, David Hillman, not only was he extremely personable and knowledgeable but he managed to find us land (not an easy feat in the current market) that suited our needs and budget. Since that day we have had nothing but an exceptional experience thanks to David. He is always prompt at answering our questions, even the silly annoying ones and is great at explaining the process and keeping us in the loop with exactly what is going on and where we are at in the build process. I was extremely nervous about building after hearing people’s horror stories about how hard building can be, but David has made the build process so smooth and a really fun, enjoyable experience. We cannot recommend David and Fairmont homes enough!

Endless problems with this company, slab poured 30/06/2021 and still no where near lock up, 10 months on! Bricking not even completed, not even a roof!All other Fairmont builds around us are starting after us and finishing before us.Only person we can contact is our client liaison or reception, they brush us off and have been caught out lying to us.Any attempt to call and voice concerns to an manager or complaints department are ignored and not returned. Have spent days trying to get through to someone to help us with no luck. HelplessPlease return our call.
