Been looking for a space for the last few months and finally we found Fort Knox in a perfect location in Coburg. Friendly staff, easy communications and easy booking procedure. Coburg facility:Service great! Alex was 5 star.Facility brilliant, location convenient, process simple and fast, price competitive.One critical point, my storage space has a concrete pillar running through it, stealing space and making it less straightforward to pack and service.

Such a fantastic experience, from the initial phone call with my inquiry to then moving my things in and then eventually out again the team at the Coburg branch were so helpful and went above and beyond which made the experience even more enjoyable. And due to moving my things out before my year was up I was issued a refund for the additional unused months which was also fantastic. Highly recommend if you are looking for a quality, safe and clean storage space!

The facility was clean, secure and easily accessible within reasonable hours. Parking onsite was not a problem and the use of facilities free van for the day of moving in, was a money saver as well. The staff were cheerful and always helpful. I had no problems and would store with them again, if the need arises.
