Took my book to read the music was a bit high . Another customer had asked to low the music, It was comfortable setting. I had the Ice tea lychees was lovely and refreshing.

Drive thru, counter service and some seating. I'm just driving through for that honey chai hit. Always upbeat service with a smile. I hear their coffees are mad good to.

Zarraffa's Cairns as good as Zarraffa's Caloundra. Coffee always good and staff were bright and cheerful.

Went to the store on Wednesday night just after 7pm and ordered two Fusions. Received fusions however there was no blended ice in either drink?!?! Unsure if this was because the store was closing at 8pm. Would've been fine if we were told they couldn't make any fusions but to get an iceless drink without any explanation was a tad confusing. Drinks were okay but were more like flavoured milk not fusions.

Had a really tasty bacon and avocado dish with a decent coffee. The store is set in small shopping centre with lots of budget shops to peruse. Friendly banter from the staff.
