Hollywood Nails

Usually you guys are pretty good. But now you have lost my future business. I got a full setdone from you guys today. I felt rushed. Then you did one thing to make a half decent experience go downhill real quick. When painting my nail and putting them in to set. As soon as I put myhand in there i felt a massive burning feeling. I pull my hand out as its causing pain and one of my fingers has blistered up. You staff just looked at me and told me to put my hand back in, after i showed her what happened. I had to ask her to get me some cold water and just looked at me once again. Like seriously my finger has blistered. Another lady came over and told me this was due to an infection i had on my finger, but they were completely fine before I went in there. No apologies or anything. So thankyou for the chemical burns I now have.

They didn't use fully sterilised utensils individually. And when scraping dead skin, the person cut me and didn't admit to it. Didn't offer any bandaids. They were not thorough doing my nails missing the edges. They seemed too busy to take any care, and were more interested in getting people in through the door rather than taking any pride in their workmanship. And were abrupt for the whole visit. Would not recommend.

Not one to write reviews but my experience here was absolutely horrible. I showed the lady what I wanted (attached reference photo) and the outcome was messy, poorly made and completely nothing like my reference photo. I must've asked about 3 separate times for her to make my nails shorter, she said that the pattern would not fit in the nail if it was cut shorter - I agreed, said okay and suggested that we remove the heart from the design to make the nail shorter as I did not want long nails. She agreed to this but never made the nail shorter and when I tried to remind her she said later".I was shocked when she had finished. Throughout the session I was looking thinking to myself "its okay

I would 100% recommend this place my daughter went in with a photo of her nails that she wanted and came out exactly how she want it and they look so beautiful it’s definitely worth the time and money

Have been to Hollywood nails Elizabeth many times and loved the acrylics they’ve done for me. I went to another place close by but still went back to Hollywood at Elizabeth as I have loved their work.Today I needed my acrylics taken off, I agree it was a struggle to take them off but in the process one nail got ripped super short on one side (photo attached) the nail girl did not hesitate but continued doing my nails, which involved wiping over them with nail polish remover (over my cut she just made - so painful) I’m not good with confrontation and I get mistakes happen but no comment was just rude!Then When it came to paying she said full price, I asked for a discount for the broken nail (which still hurts) and she rolled her eyes and gave $5 discount.Will not be going here again!

I’ve been going to Hollywood nails on and off for years . I needed a whole new set due to iso . The girl needed to remove one nail twice as she put on crooked . They gave me a new girl who did an excellent job and in the end took $10 off my price . One thing I didn’t like at all was they both kept pulling on my hands and shaking my fingers . I have rheumatoid arthritis and said this , so please be a little gentle , didn’t understand or listen not quite sure .I truly believe it depends on who you get. If you aren’t happy ask for a new person and be willing to wait .

Excellent, thought Kimmy's had left Elizabeth altogether. Don't go round that side often, will be now!! They are great at all nails in fact all they do. Staff pleasant, great prices. Don't get nails done anything else.

I have to say, I am very much unimpressed with today's service. I am a customer who has been going to Hollywood nails for many many years now and never have I ever been so let down. Today's appointment of a refill cost me the exact same amount as when I went in 2.5 weeks ago for a full set. Their excuse was it's because my nails are long. How does that matter when you're using not even a quarter of the product.Needless to say, it's my fault for not checking the price prior to them starting but safe to say they have just lost a loyal customer because I will not be returning.First ever bad review I've ever left in my life due to my high disappointment.
