Obviously a busy time for sales staff. We were there for over 30 mins looking at vans and not acknowledged by staff at all.

On April 21, 2022, I found water, mould and mildew in my caravan. As it had previously been serviced by Brisbane RV, I called the service manager to find out what to do. The call went to his message bank. As the matter was urgent I called again about and hour and a half later. No answer, I left another message. Called again after lunch and got through. Service manger said he would take it up with The Manager and get back to me; he never has! I made numerous calls the next day and left messages with the receptionist, the spare parts manger and who ever else answered the phone. Still no response from either The Manager or service manager. Two days later I sent an email, still no response. Finally, The Manager rang me on 28th October - 6 months later. How's that for customer service?

There is no customer service after the last payment. The shiny words that are used on the website is not backed up with actions.Despite having a new team they still don't read emails or return your phone calls.Really disappointed!

I had my old caravan up for sale for a few months and as we were going overseas, it became an issue to sell the van privately. As we bought our new caravan from Brisbane RV, we decided to put the old caravan on consignment with them as they appeared to be honest and upfront initially. Prior to commissioning it to Brisbane RV, Steve and I had a conversation over the phone and in the office in which he gave an estimate of what the cost/commission may be pending on the sale cost. Brisbane RV did sell the van whilst I was O/S however a ‘bill of sale’ was not forthcoming although requests were made on several occasions. As I was still O/S I decided to deal with it when I got back to Australia, I found Steve was still not forthcoming, gave me a number of excuses why he did not have the paperwork. Bells should have rung then but we were still waiting on our new van to arrive. The ‘Bill of Sale’ did arrive on the day we picked up our new van (which is another story in itself) and to my surprise and shock there were far more charges deducted from the sale than what was initially discussed. Steve or any of the staff that mattered were not on the premises at the time as they were at the Brisbane show. Unfortunately, I got ‘caught’ up with their ‘jovial banter, the promises and the perceived professionalism’ only to be hoodwinked in the greed and the lack of ethics that he showcased at the end. Everything didn’t happen the way it was presented initially and what comes to mine is a ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’. I certainly wouldn’t recommend Brisbane RV to anyone who wants to listen.

So I purchased a caravan, sight unseen, from this company. I live in South Australia and had to drive to Brisbane to pickup the caravan. Prior to paying in full I asked for a report on the condition of the caravan from the salesperson, if there was any damage, minimal or not. ‘I would gratefully appreciate this as I am purchasing this van sight unseen and hope you can be objective and be my eyes.’I sent a second email, again requesting a report on the condition of the 2017 Paramount Duet I had paid a deposit on.I received an email, I was told it was immaculate !!! ‘The only other thing I can see is on the exterior checker plate there is a SMALL amount of flaking. I have attached a photo of this so you understand what I am speaking of. It isn’t uncommon to see this on the checker plate and it certainly can be rectified down the track if you really wanted to, as it sits here now I would not consider it a problem or eyesore. You have purchased a beautiful van and we are very proud to be selling this to you as we know you will be very happy with it.’On my return to South Australia I discovered that this flaking was in fact an actual PROBLEM / issue with Paramount caravans built in 2017. The checker plate had not been prepared correctly prior to painting so the paint was flaking off.Sadly I was told a half - truth ... Call it what you like - prevarication - a good term for it.Surely a caravan dealer selling Paramount caravans, new and second hand would have been well aware of this PROBLEM / issue, if not they are not worth dealing with. The sales service was reasonable, the AFTER SALES SERVICE absolutely woeful. On the day I collected my Paramount Duet, 11/12/2019 I was promised a spare tire cover would be posted me - 6 months later , after numerous reminders and being promised it would be sent , guess what , I have still not received the promised spare tire cover. In last last conversation with the owner of the company I was told by him that he would still send the cover as it had been promised to me. That was late May 2020, I am not holding my breath waiting !!!The owner of the company is not at all interested in doing an iota to assist me.I have emailed him, spoken on the telephone with him, but sadly it is a case of he has my money, I don’t want to know about it, and as we said there was a small amount of flaking ... no problem !!!Absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. Is that why they call Queensland The Cowboy State ?

Yeh we knew everyone and everything you had was pretty much going to be at the Expo before we even pulled up but each and every staff member is part of the team that is selling the product a business is selling and can set up a sale for a specialised person to finish off. That was so far from what happened, we left a bit maybe disillusioned.I must add staff were very friendly and certainly engaged us in conversation and we did get an offer of a phone call to discuss further

Brisbane RV has a totally bizarre lack of ethics when it comes to warranty. Split in one of our water tanks discovered and reported 1 week after picking up a $113,000 van and towing it 80 km on the highway. Apperently our fault. Wrong stabiliser legs that do not even reach the ground apperently also our fault. No communication whatsoever. Bring on industry regulation ASAP as these clowns can't regulate themselves...

I had an issue with the entry door on my van and Brisbane RV people told me they had all parts and could easily fix the door for me. Needless to say, a 4 hour drive from Bundaberg to Brisbane and a stay overnight at a vanpark was undertaken based on their word. They looked at the door the following morning and $250 later told me the door was fixed.Sadly, the door couldn't be opened after they finished so we had to make an urgent dash back to them to fix" the issue.I asked to get my $250 refunded because nothing had been fixed but the Service Manager then suggested that rather than refund

We brought a new discovery van early this year. When picking it up we were told there were cracks in surrounds of the windows which sales man assured us was under warranty and they were waiting for new ones to come in to replace ours. Unfortunately with all the rain we are having the water is pouring inside the van due to cracks. We have contacted Brisbane RVS and promised someone would call us back but still nothing. We didnt pay $75,000 for a van that is not water proof and what happens when the water damage wrecks the van inside.I am so disappointed in the service. How would they feel spending this kind of money on a new product and have it leak.
