Went there for lunch for the first time today. Can I just say I will be coming back. The beef bourguignon was absolutely divine, it was flavoursome, melt-in-the-mouth and the sauce reduction was superb. I was transported to France when I took my first bite. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Well done.

Armed with a $100 dining voucher, we knew in advance it wouldn't go far. Debutant offers aged beef options in its menu amongst other protein meals. The restaurant is small and its tables are uncomfortably close to others making for conversations to be overheard. The service was excellent, maybe too many check ins during the service. Our meals were lovely, meat cooked to perfection, mouth watering and flavoursome. When ordering the aged beef options, they do not come with sides so you must order separately, the Paris Mash was creamy and rge garlic mushrooms were tasty and excellent options as sides for our meal. As a bonus, White Rabbit Dark Ale was on offer and I couldn't resist. An enjoyable evening, expensive but a great experience all the same.

My partner and I dined here on a Saturday evening, debutant has been on my “must try” list for a while now and after receiving a gift card we decided to finally bite the bullet.Food was beautiful, my partner isn’t a big meat eater so he was unsure before we arrived but the menu had some great options for someone that isn’t keen on a chuck of meat on a plate.We ordered several items being a special occasion and definitely over ordered.3 Coffin Bay Oysters, 3 Sydney rock.Aged Blackmores 9MBS striploinRatatouilleGreuyre SouffléFritesFrench saladDutch carrots and the profiteroles for dessert.Everything was Devine but the standout was definitely the steak, it was the most beautiful, melt in your mouth steak with a rich, slightly smokey flavour. For $135 for 220g it is one of their most expensive streaks however it was worth every penny, the bordelaise sauce was not needed with this steak but was a great accompaniment.I would recommend sharing this steak as it is very rich due to the fat running through the meat however I still enjoyed every bite.My partner loved the Ratatouille, it was well portioned to be eaten as a main and the Dutch carrots and frites were a great accompaniment.The greuyre soufflé was cooked perfectly however I found it quite heavy on the stomach- perhaps skip this if you’re ordering a few items or indulging a steak for one.The waiter and waitresses were attentive and accommodating, the cocktails were lovely and we both left very full and satisfied.I’ll definitely come back here for a special occasion and would love to try out their well priced lunch menu.

It was an exquisite experience. This has become my absolute favourite. The staff is very friendly. Especially the person who served was super nice. I loved the ambiance. And the star of the show was their steak. Tried their dry-aged Ribeye and the Wagu steaks and I enjoyed every single bite. The price can be expensive but It is absolutely worth it for the quality and the dining experience. I will definitely recommend it to all!some steaks are Halal as well. So, if you’re looking for some good halal steaks then this is the place you must try.

Lovely atmosphere and dining. The food was almost perfect but found it to be slightly overpriced for serving size. Our main issue was that the service was very slow, although the servers were very friendly.

Absolutely delicious!Service was lovely and attentive, the food was absolutely divine, with wonderful ingredients used and incredible care put into it.Its not a cheap meal, but its worth every cent.

We had a fabulous experience at Débutante.The food was perfect. It’s on the higher end of the pricing scale but it was well worth it.The entrees were delicious, steaks were melt in your mouth and perfectly cooked and all the sides were perfect.Highly recommend a trip to Débutante you won’t be disappointed.

The roasted prawn, duck salad and steak are very tasty. Staff are also super friendly. We had lovely night here.
