Service is generally good but my last visit was disappointing. I asked for a colour match and it was obvious that the lady serving me was particularly interested. She returned with my sample with the matched paint still wet. I asked her to dry it off because paint always darkens as it dries. Anyway, as it turns out I ended up with paint that was noticeably darker. I made the mistake of thinking that by going to a proper paint dealer I would be dealing with experienced staff. Staff at Bunnings do a much better effort than this.

I went to Inspirations after initially going to Bunnings and told they cannot give paint advice.I was helped by an older gentleman at Inspirations who listened to my dilemma.I explained we are painting the entire interior of our home and that i needed a warm white colour paint for the bedrooms that would work well with colour in the hallway which was Dulux Lexicon quarter.I bought 2 sample pots and some new brushes and then returned on Tuesday to purchase the paint. We were assisted by a lady called Carol who also was very helpful and helped us get 2 large tins of paint to our car. Fabulous service and friendly staff.

My first visit yesterday and am I glad I did. I usually buy all my paint products from Bunnings but yesterday I went in to see if I could get a smaller size can for the job I had left to do rather than having to buy a large can which would have been a waste of money, and was the only option elsewhere.The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful and I paid half the money I would have somewhere else.I’m in the middle of Reno’s so will definitely be back. Hope all your customer service people are as good as this man was.Many thanks,
