Thieves- we paid $420 for a once off clean.They emailed a list of everything that was agreed to be cleaned for this price. Upon arrival they requested payment before beginning.They did not do more half of the jobs listed at all.Basically we paid to have oven cleaned, vac, mop and wipe of bathrooms.The floors moped and they looked as though the dirty water to wash the oven was used. Floors were greasy and dirtier after they finished.Toilets not cleaned. Every time I came saw one of them, she was on her phone.Before they left I confirmed about certain jobs being done, they replied they were done. Then left.We paid this money to have a good clean, as we were sick and unable to keep up with things. This is definitely nit money we have available to just waste away.We were shocked when walking around to see how little was actually done, and the state if the floors.We contacted the company via email, as we could not reach anyone on phone. We supplied photos of our complaints and have not had any responses.We have asked for money back, and tried to be fair asking for not 100% but difference with what they list cleaning prices ast.Still no responses or efforts to resolve this.$420 is alot of money to us and alot of people, to not receive a service agreed on.

After making an end of lease clean booking in advance they tried to change the time - to a time I could not do, and then turned up then anyway after I told them not to. Once they began cleaning, I left the house, returning to find the floors completely untouched and the job barely half done. When I called the company they told me that their floor machine broke and that they’d be back in 2 hours - they had taken my housemate’s key with them. It was so stressful and despite paying extra for the walls to be cleaned, they were still sub standard.

We ordered a spring clean of our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. Hardly anything in the list was done. Cobwebs, inside cupboards, window sills, light fittings. Even under the couches, which are easily accessible were not done. Our house is a new renovation and not messy at all to start with. I emailed the company and did not even receive a reply. 370 dollars!!!! Very poor. Not happy.

This is a SCAM. We booked in with citycleaningservices which is the same as this company but under a different name. We paid for an end of lease clean and we paid money FOR A SERVICE we did not recieve. We were told we would have clean walls, skirting boards, clean cupboards, a clean sink which was ALL included i the package. We came back and NONE of this was done. We had to go back and RE-CLEAN and do the job that we paid for this comapny to complete. When asking for someone to contact us in regards to coming back and fufiling the agreement I recieved an email saying someone get back urgently. NO ONE responded or called me. I then sent another email, nothing. My husband then called and asked for a refund, they abused him on the phone and hung up on him. ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING business and behaviour. We will be taking this matter further.

If I could give a zero I would. So expensive and the clean was very superficial. For an excess of $500 I expected a lot more.- The floors were left sticky throughout the house- Black marks all over the walls which weren't even attempted. I was able to get these out with just a sponge and water.- Countertops in the kitchen hadn't been wiped and still had food caked all over.- Rangehood, splashback, and inside all cupboards weren't cleaned at all.- Mirrors and shower screens weren't rinsed and left very streaky.- Taps and sinks were very dirty.- Behind toilets wasn't touched.I requested them to come back and reclean to which they initially agreed. However, after 3 weeks back and forth, they are no longer taking my calls; refusing to take responsibility and failing to provide even the most basic cleaning services.Please do yourself a favour and never employ this company to clean your house.

TERRIBLE job. Do NOT use.I wished I read the reviews before booking they really are THIS BAD. They don't show up when you need them, my husband and I are convinced they left as soon as we have them access to the house. States they do steam cleaning and bond back guarantee. Just a straight up lie. They won't reply to emails or calls I will be reporting them to the proper authorities and demanding a refund. Super dodgey, they want money up front which we felt uncomfortable with.Awful job overall we had to go back and spend an extra 5 hours cleaning what they should have cleaned but didn't. Come on, where's your pride as a business owner. If I read even one of these reviews and it was for my own company I would be ashamed of myself & completely overhaul the business. Completely ridiculous.We will be following this up and demanding a refund.

Would give a 0 if possible, the house was left in a worse state than when the cleaners got there, had to go back and spend a day re cleaning the house. When we asked for a refund they simply said there is a no refund policy and hung up the phone. TERRIBLE service and TERRIBLE customer service. Will be taking further action

Jenny Queen Cleaning Services is a disgrace! I've never seen such a disgusting attempt at cleaning. My kitchen was actually worse due to the filthy rags they used. The fee was outrageous: $250 for an hour. NOTHING was cleaned properly. I've asked for a refund but have had no reply. I'm going to contact A Current Affair. Avoid this company!

This company were terrible. They quoted $200 for a full house clean (two bedroom town house) and when they arrived changed the quote to $300. When we questioned this they simply said “ok, $200”. They didn’t even do half the jobs listed. There was still dust under couches, dust in window frames, no side or coffee tables were dusted, windows were not touched and no other shelves dusted. Plus they were aware we had three small dogs (who we walked while they were here) and two indoor only cats. While they finished we sat outside with the dogs. After a duration of time we went back inside to see what was happening and they had simply left without notice. They left our front door wide open so we had to run to close it to prevent our dogs from running out and then check the house to make sure the cats were safe. We live in a unit block. Anyone could have walked in and taken anything! All I can say is this company is DODGY! We have emailed a complaint but no reply! DO NOT USE THEM! Disgusted! If I could give zero stars I would!

We hired Jenny Queen to do an end of lease clean of my apartment. They showed up multiple hours late, didn't clean properly, insisted that the mud-covered balcony would be clean when the chemicals dried (spoiler alert: that was a lie), and left the bathroom in such a bad state that I'm now losing money from my bond. When we tried to reach out to them over the course of multiple weeks - it has been almost a month since the initial clean - they did not respond and began hanging up on us, then lied about coming out to fix their mess.Do not use this cleaner under any circumstances!
