My partner recently had an unfortunate experience with ShaverShop HighPoint while dealing with a faulty Braun shaver. I think it's important to share his story to bring attention to the issues encountered and the disappointing customer service practices at this store. About two years ago, gave as a gift a Braun Series 9 shaver to him which worked perfectly until the power on/off button unexpectedly fell off last week. Since the shaver was still under warranty, we visited the nearest Shaver Shop, where the friendly Ricarda suggested that we consider paying a price difference to upgrade to the new Braun Series 9 Pro model. Hoping for a solution, I followed her advice and made the purchase. However, upon opening the box and examining the new shaver, I immediately noticed a difference in the plastic quality, which seemed lower than the previous model owned. Additionally, the power button on the Pro model produced a squeaky noise when touched. This raised concerns about the durability and overall quality of the Pro model, leading me to promptly return to the store seeking assistance. Unfortunately, on the day of return (01/06/2023 around 3.45 pm), Ricarda was absent, and had to deal with another shop assistant, whose name didn't catch. He acknowledged that many customers had returned the Braun Series 9 shaver due to similar issues. This information further heightened my concerns about the overall build quality of Braun products. I demonstrated the power button problem on the new model purchased and confirmed in his presence that the demonstration unit didn't exhibit the same issue. Despite acknowledging the problem with the shaver and its clear manufacturing defect, the shop assistant refused to provide a replacement. He expressed reluctance to open another box, fearing that the replacement unit might have the same issue. Instead, he advised me to file a complaint directly with Braun, the shaver's manufacturer. Feeling frustrated and seeking a fair resolution, my partner requested a full refund. To his disappointment, the shop assistant outright refused, stating that the box had been opened and the shaver was no longer in resellable condition. This response seemed unreasonable, considering that he had only briefly examined the device to ensure it turned on and the button functioned properly. We promptly returned it upon discovering the defect. The denial of a refund and the suggestion to contact Braun directly left us feeling unsupported and disappointed as a customer. We must acknowledge the professional and upfront support we received from Ricarda during the previous interaction. However, the contrasting attitude and lack of assistance demonstrated by the shop assistant this time were disheartening. The absence of understanding, willingness to help, and overall demeanor displayed by this staff member are qualities that should not be associated with a reputable store that carries brands like Braun. Based on this regrettable experience, we cannot, in good conscience, recommend ShaverShop or their online e-commerce platform. While everything may appear fine during smooth transactions, it is clear that when customers face issues, even immediately after purchase, they are left to fend for themselves and are directed to deal directly with the manufacturer. Hope for a more customer-centric approach and a sense of empathy, particularly from a store that offers products from renowned brands like Braun. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling let down and dissatisfied as a customer.

Funny how something as simple as a toothbrush can have so much variety.I was pretty overwhelmed by what should be a simple process but Nancy K (according to my receipt) was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, called on personal experience to backup comments and described a ton of options without trying to push the sale of anything in particular. This is how sales should be.I'm happy to recommend this store based on Nancy's professionalism alone. Thanks for a positive retail experience.

An attentive salesperson (Laksami) who made our buying experience all the more enjoyable by presenting us with the pros and cons of the product and explaining the technical specs. When she didn't know a detail, she checked on the internet. My wife and I were very impressed.

So he is apparently is the store manager and asked my husband who has breathing problems to cover his nose or leave the store but his nose was out .Honestly in this situation we need to be more understanding and polite . If he has a reason for not covering his nose other people also might have some issues. I won’t go back to this store again

Brought in My Phillips trimmer that stopped working. Had my receipt ready. Trimmer was upgraded to the new model with a small price difference to pay.No questions asked. Great service.
