Just love this hairdressing salon so friendly staff, helpful and professional.

These ladies squeezed me in at the last minute & completely overhauled my hair! Shenel listened to what results I wanted, gave me advice and the results were Fabulous. I've been looking for a new salon, so happy to have found this place.Thanks a bunch

Had a haircut here, they really listen to what you want and give good advice and take there time with you. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back

I hate to write this but I am honestly quite annoyed at my last experience here. I went in and asked for a colour quite similar to what I already had and just asked for it to be blended out from my roots. To start with they got an apprentice to do my hair without even asking my permission, now I understand they need to learn by doing peoples hair but I would’ve appreciated being asked first as there is a high chance they may mess it up. Then as she was doing it I saw she was only using one colour throughout my whole head of hair when In the photo of what I asked for you could clearly see there is multiple shades in it, ( the time before this visit they used multiple colours so that’s why I was expecting it )I also understand that they can’t get my hair exactly the same as the photo but my hair isn’t even close. It is darker than what it was before I got my hair done, which is not what I asked for. Lastly once my hair was completed I saw zebra stripes on the top of my head that was not blended at all. Then I had to pay full price. I am writing this to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else as it was a waste of my time and money.

Went here yesterday for a treatment and cut as I do my own bleaching at home and had alot of breakage. The judgie looks that came my way was mortifying. The girl that did my hair has no customer service skills and looked at my hair like in a judgemental way. No smile. I was there 15mins early and the way she asked me for a pic of what I was after was so rude!!!!! I wanted to walk out of there but needed a cut! I asked her not to cut the front which is the fringe section, so she didnt cut the sides either. I walked out of there with thick long sides (which I trimmed when I got home). I wanted so desperately to leave that I didn't say anything.2hrs I was there for a treatment and cut. I was not offered tea, coffee, not even a glass of water. They had no magazines to read. $125 was the cost, which I didn't mind paying. The only person that made me feel comfortable was an older lady (the rest looked very young), at least she smiled multiple times at me. And the young girl that washed my hair was very polite and friendly.Awful experience. Make new customers feel welcome and show a bit of RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!

came to this salon for to get my hair done for the first time, megan was super lovely and very understanding about my hair concerns, she was very comforting and did an amazing job. i would definitely recommend her. over all this salon is super friendly.

Went here for the first time after I couldn’t get into my usual hair dresser. They did a wonderful job, will be going back.

CAROLINE IS AMAZING!!!! I haven't had any other the other ladies work on me yet but they have very friendly when I'm there. Caroline listens, is honest and is a master at what she does. It is so nice to have my hair cut the way I want.
